During the epidemic, our family stored a lot of food, mainly rice, noodles, oil, vegetables and eggs.

Since March this year, the epidemic situation in Shandong Province has suddenly broken out, and confirmed cases have appeared in several counties. Roads in every county are closed and shops are closed. In order to ensure their basic life during the epidemic, our family specially reserved some vegetables, rice, noodles and oil.

Because our staple food here is steamed bread, so our family bought two bags of flour, each bag is 50 kg. You can eat it for a long time. We also bought a big bag of rice, because we cook porridge almost every day. In addition, oil is also a necessity. We cook with oil every day. We have three barrels of oil in case of emergency.

Vegetables are essential for every household. But many vegetables are not easy to preserve, so we bought many vegetables that are relatively easy to preserve, such as cabbage, onions and potatoes. Although we are tired of eating these vegetables often, we have bought many of them for a long time.

In order to ensure nutrition, we also reserve a lot of eggs. Because meat can't be preserved for a long time, I didn't buy meat, and I was afraid of insufficient nutrition, so I bought a big basket of eggs. It was really difficult to grab eggs at that time. Every household is buying eggs, and the price of eggs has doubled. But I have to eat what I need, so I have some in reserve.

As the saying goes, "Don't panic if you have food at home." The epidemic is volatile, and no one can say which day it will be isolated at home. If we have no food, we will feel insecure and panic easily. With food, we are not afraid.
