What does this have to do with breathing? Yes, because modern science has confirmed that our nostrils breathe differently from left to right. Sympathetic nervous system and parasympathetic nervous system complement each other and restrict each other, and nerve bundles extend into nostrils, which leads to different breathing modes and different states.

When breathing through the right nostril, the right sympathetic nerve is dominant and the parasympathetic nerve is auxiliary. At this time, people have more energy, higher body temperature and blood pressure, and it is easier to enter the exercise mode.

The left nostril breathing is the opposite, compared with the rest mode.

For the breathing methods used in yoga, such as cold weather, you have no energy when you get up in the morning, you are in poor spirits and depressed, so it is more suitable to use the sun breathing method and breathe through the right nostril. If you are irritable, hot or hot, it is more appropriate to breathe with the moon and the left nostril.

Among the postures used in yoga, it is more appropriate to practice some positive postures during the day, such as Japanese worship, handstand, dynamic and strength posture. If you rest at night, it is more suitable to practice soft posture, yin yoga and physical therapy, and try not to make the sympathetic nerve too active.

If it is related to yoga chakras, there are three main chakras, left, middle and right. Generally speaking, the middle chakra is equivalent to the vicinity of the spine, and the left and right chakras surround the spine. The left pulse is yin pulse, also called moon pulse, which plays a cooling role, while the right pulse is yang pulse, also called sun pulse, which plays an active role.

To achieve a balance between the left and right veins, just like our body is unbalanced, just like the left brain is different from the right brain. The left brain is inclined to logical thinking, the right brain is inclined to artistic thinking, the left brain is inclined to rationality, and the right brain is inclined to rationality.
