In education and teaching, I often ask Mr. Yang for advice on difficult problems in teaching and get timely help; In teaching activities, I accept her inspection and guidance on attending classes and preparing lessons; Moreover, the master will always take pains to tell me her thoughts and solve problems for me. She always knows everything and talks about everything, which makes me feel her sincere concern. Every month, the master will take time to listen to my activities and give me some valuable suggestions. Of course, the master will also invite me to watch her activities. Every activity class of the master is thoughtful and wonderful, and the children are devoted to it.

During the preparation of this mentoring exhibition, Teacher Yang spent a lot of rest time discussing and polishing with me. For example, I originally ordered the seal painting "Fish Blowing Bubbles" for this activity, but because another teacher in the small class also chose the activity of "Blowing Bubbles", my master and I decided to change classes. According to the monthly theme of our small team, "Cold Winter", the oil-water separation activity of "Snowing" was decided. This selection of materials gives full play to children's imagination and creativity. Children have a strong desire to express themselves and are very interested in activities, and the transformation and enrichment of this painting method is also the best way to stimulate and mobilize children's learning.

At the same time, I listened to the opinions of the master and positioned the focus and difficulty of this activity as: "Experience the magic of oil-water separation painting and love this painting method;" I first tried to draw with crayons and pigments. "Before the activity, I listened to Teacher Jiang's suggestion and combined the group activities with the class corner. This way has broken the show elements in our previous observation activities and performance reporting activities. In this activity, I used an intuitive and simple way of asking questions to lead to the theme, which was simple and clear, and achieved the effect. At the same time, it also stimulates children's desire to explore and express. The children are very interested in the whole activity. One of them (Li Yuxuan) said to me after painting a picture, "Teacher, I want to paint another one". During the activity, I followed the trend and taught in a game tone. At the same time, it also gives children the opportunity to express and communicate with each other. In this activity, I also used the theme wall and children's works column to show children's works, which undoubtedly became the highlight of my activity. Children are free to choose the place to show their works, and communicate with their peers and teachers independently: "My snowflake falls on XXXX", which is the most frequently heard sentence. The children watched their works hanging on the theme wall and the works column, and fully realized the joy of success.

Through these activities, I got a good exercise and learned a lot of professional knowledge:

1. Going to class often is a great gain and a pleasure. Compare classes, reflect on your own teaching methods, and record the advantages of teachers or feelings about teaching methods of a certain knowledge point in time, including teaching progress, knowledge breakthrough, selection and refinement of examples, priority order of classroom capacity and rhythm, etc. It can also help me understand the students' actual mastery of knowledge and adjust the teaching difficulty in time. In a word, attending classes has played a navigation role in my lesson preparation and teaching.

2. After listening to the class, I know and gradually realize the true meaning of the class, so I will pay attention to arranging teaching activities around the teaching objectives in the future, instead of giving lectures for the content.

3. If attending classes is the accumulation process of theory, then attending classes by apprentices is the practice based on theory. Every month, the master will take time to come to my class. Every time, the master pointed out my shortcomings and made suggestions to help me develop my strengths and avoid weaknesses and make continuous progress.

Through this semester's study, I deeply feel the importance of senior teachers to our young teachers, and I also know that I need to learn from them in many ways.
