Equality between men and women should be based on social equality and national prosperity. We have been calling for equality between men and women, and we also hope that the status of women can be improved, because women are really suppressed in this society, and they may not be able to become people with higher status. We advocate women's independence and hope that women can be respected.

Gender equality should not be a slogan, and it should not be formal equality. We should not only build a society where men and women are equal, but also make men and women truly equal. So what basis should equality between men and women be based on? I think the foundation is social equality and national prosperity. There are three reasons for this:

First, social equality can promote gender equality.

If we want to achieve gender equality, then we must consolidate the foundation of social equality and national prosperity. Because only by further promoting social equality can more people feel social fairness and justice and promote gender equality. When the whole society can accept the concept of equality between men and women, it can promote substantive equality between men and women.

Second, only when the country is rich and strong can we renew our ideas.

The reason why a country is rich and strong is the basis of equality between men and women is because it is rich and strong enough to update traditional concepts and break traditional prejudices. When a country's economic strength is getting stronger and stronger, its citizens can have more advanced concepts and pay more attention to women's strength and status.

Third, society and the state come before individuals.

Society and the state must be the basis of individual equality. If the society is unequal and the country is not rich and strong, then men and women will never be equal. Social equality can provide a theoretical basis for gender equality, and national prosperity can provide economic conditions. Looking back on the past society, social class division, backward national economy and gender inequality. And modern society can gradually realize equality between men and women, because society and the state can provide a solid foundation for equality between men and women.
