Air conditioner disassembly and assembly steps

The first step in air conditioner disassembly and assembly: Recover the refrigerant

The refrigerant in the air conditioner must be collected into the outdoor unit. Before disassembling the machine, start the air conditioner and set the refrigeration status. Wait for the compressor to run for 5-10 minutes. After the refrigeration status is normal, unscrew the protective cap on the interface between the liquid pipe and the gas pipe of the external machine and close the high-pressure pipe (thin). After 1 minute, dew will form on the surface of the pipe. Immediately close the low-pressure pipe (thick) cut-off valve. At the same time, quickly shut down the machine, unplug the power plug, and tighten the safety cap with a wrench. At this point, the refrigerant recovery work is completed. You can also use the forced start button on the indoor unit to turn it on, and at the same time observe whether there are other faults in the indoor and outdoor units. Avoid trouble caused by moving the air conditioner.

The second step of air conditioner disassembly and assembly: dismantle the indoor unit

(1) After the refrigerant is recovered, the indoor unit can be disassembled. Use a wrench to unscrew the indoor unit connection lock nut, and use the prepared sealing sodium to tighten the threads that protect the indoor unit connection joints to prevent the joint threads from being damaged during transportation; then use a cross lift to remove the control wires. At the same time, markings should be made to avoid incorrect connections during installation. If the signal wire or power wire is connected incorrectly, the outdoor unit may not operate or the machine may be out of control. The hanging plate of the internal unit is generally fixed relatively firmly and is difficult to remove. After unloading, remove the hanging plate, place it on a flat cement floor, then gently pat it flat and correct it.

(2) After unscrewing the lock nut connecting the external unit, use the prepared sealing sodium to tighten the thread protecting the connecting joint of the external unit. Then use a wrench to loosen the fixing screws of the outer unit feet. When putting down the outdoor unit after disassembly, it is best to hang it with a rope. When putting it down, pay attention to balance, avoid vibration and bumps, and pay attention to safety. The connecting pipe of the outdoor air conditioner should be straightened slowly, and the four ports of the connecting pipe should be sealed with the four prepared plugs to prevent dust and moisture in the air from entering. Plug it in place, and finally tie it with a plastic bag and plate it for easy transportation.

The second step of air conditioner disassembly and assembly: air conditioner installation

After determining the positions of the indoor and outdoor units, install the indoor unit hanging plates immediately, and wait until the outdoor unit and indoor unit hanging plates are firmly installed. , then straighten the connecting pipe and check whether there is any bend in the pipe; next, check the bell mouth at both ends. If there are cracks, they should be re-expanded, otherwise fluorine will leak. Finally, check the control lines. After making sure that the pipelines, control lines, and outlet pipes are in good condition, tie them together and seal the connecting pipe openings. When crossing a wall, two people should work together inside and outside the wall to pass slowly to avoid injuries; connect the pipes to the internal and external machines, and connect the control lines. Next, remove the air from the ducts and indoor unit.

Air conditioning installation steps:

(1) Tighten the connected external machine joint (thin), and use a special wrench to loosen the valve stem of the stop valve about 1 turn

(2) If you hear a squeaking sound from the (thick) connector of the outdoor unit, tighten the (thick) connector with your hand for about 30 seconds

(3) Loosen the stopper on the (thick) pipe Valve stem

(4) Completely loosen the stem of the stop valve on the (thin) pipe. At this time, the emptying of the air conditioner is completed

(5) Finally, use detergent to detect leaks, carefully observe whether there are bubbles emerging from each joint, and after verifying that there is no leakage in the system, tighten the valve safety cap , you can start it for trial operation

(6) If the cooling effect of the air conditioner is not good during normal operation and the indoor unit air outlet temperature does not meet the requirements, consider supplementing Freon refrigerant.

(7) The refrigerant charging is completed, and the machine relocation work is completed.
