What's your favorite Thai food?

Among Southeast Asian countries, Thailand definitely has a very powerful dish. My native Indonesia also has delicious dishes, but I like Thai food because they seem to like seafood and tropical fruits as much as I do.

My favorite Thai food is:

Mango glutinous rice-I was deeply impressed by this dish, because in Indonesia, we also eat glutinous rice, but no one adds mango. I found that Thai people were very impressed with this dessert. This was the first thing I looked for in any Thai restaurant, and then I decided I wanted another main course.

[1] Thai fried rice-in Indonesia, we also have many different kinds of fried rice. But Thai fried rice is more suitable for my taste, because it contains everything I like: seafood, pineapple and cashew nuts. In Indonesia, we have seafood fried rice, but few people put pineapple or cashew nuts.

[2] Dongyin Soup-The first time I drank Dongyin Soup was in a Thai restaurant in Bandung, Indonesia. I don't remember. I like seafood and fish, and my fish soup is also very good. Then one day, I bought a lot of seafood, especially shrimp. I like the taste of their skins and heads, so I thought why not make them into delicious broth or soup or something.

I searched and found a good recipe for Dongyin decoction. It turned out to be delicious, even better than the winter shade soup I had in that Thai restaurant. So, now I am a disciple of Dong Yin Gong. If the ingredients are right, it will taste great! It's fresh, the taste is bold, and the stimulation is moderate. I was shocked myself, but I am grateful to the Thai people for discovering this recipe.

[3] Thai fried noodles-I personally don't like the spaghetti they use for Thai fried noodles. I mean, I don't like "kwetiau" in Indonesia. We call it "kwetiau". But I tasted it and found that bean sprouts and peanuts were used in Thai fried noodles. These two ingredients are obviously the secret of my love for Thai fried noodles. I don't like Quetiu in Indonesia, because it is too greasy, but Thai fried powder is a fresh and light version.

[4] Green curry-I like curry. Any curry. Indian curry, Japanese curry, Thai curry or Indonesian curry. I like Thai green curry, because it is green and delicious!
