Cold rice noodles are very popular traditional snacks in Shaanxi, Henan and Gansu. Cold rice noodles have a long history, which is said to have originated in the Qin Shihuang period and has a history of more than 2,000 years. Cold rice noodles have a long history. The legend of cold rice noodles originated in Qin Shihuang period, which has a history of more than 2000 years. It is said that one year there was a severe drought in Qin Zhen, Huxian County, Shaanxi Province, and the rice withered, so the people could not provide rice to the court. A man named Li Shier used rice to grind into flour, steamed it into dough and presented it to Qin Shihuang. After Qin Shihuang ate it, he was overjoyed and ordered it to be made and eaten every day, forming a long-standing traditional snack.
