In the third year of the Five Dynasties (909), Liang Kaiping was the king of Fujian. In the fourth year of Changxing in Fujian (933), the king of Fujian proclaimed himself emperor, and changed Fuzhou to Changle House, taking 14 county, and in the second year of Tiande in Fujian (944), Shunchang was enfeoffed. He died in Fujian in the third year (945), belonging to the Southern Tang Dynasty and the first year of the Five Dynasties of Han Dynasty (948), and the land belonged to wuyue, which was called Fuzhou Army.

In the third year of Xingguo in Song Taiping (978), it was renamed as Wei Wujun in Fuzhou, and it was under the jurisdiction of Southwest Zhejiang Road. In the sixth year (98 1), Huai 'an County was divided from Min County, and in the second year of Yongxi (985), it belonged to Fujian Road. In the first year of Jingyan (1276), Duanzong was located here and changed to Fuan House.

Known as Fuzhou Road in the Yuan Dynasty, it passes through nine counties, namely Houguan, Huai 'an, Gutian, Minqing, Changle, Lianjiang, Luoyuan and Yongfu, and Fuqing and Funing, belonging to Fujian Province.

In the first year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1368), Fuzhou Road was changed to Fuzhou House, which belonged to Fujian Political Department and was in charge of Fujian and Houguan.
