(Figure 1) Many hipsters like to drink cocktails. Here are four techniques for mixing cocktails, so try them at home. (1) shake soup method is the most common and simple method to prepare cocktails. (4) use a mixing spoon in a mixing cup, stir it back and forth for three times, and then turn it forward two times and reverse it two times. ⑤ remove the mixing spoon, add an ice separator to filter out the ice cubes, and then pour the spilled liquid into the wine glass

(Figure 4) (4) blender (Blender) Using blender instead of shaking method is the most popular method at present, and the mixing effect is quite good. Prepare finely divided ice or shaved ice in advance, pour materials into the blender, then add crushed ice (shaved ice), start the power supply to mix and stir, turn off the power supply for about ten seconds, take down the mixing cup when the motor stops, and pour the wine into the glass. Equipment: Juicer, measuring cup, ice cube, not only freezer. ① Basic equipment to be prepared when using blender: blender, measuring cup, ice cubes and ice clamper; ② After measuring the correct amount of wine in the measuring cup, pour it into the blender; ③ Put the ice cubes in the ice clamper and put it into the blender.
