Looking back on 2021, our enthusiasm is still exciting in its own way!

This year, we have communicated more online and less offline. Everyone is busy and growing and gaining.

Every time an event is arranged, everyone is able to accept the assigned tasks and complete them with high quality. For example, Qiu Mei and Sister Li Xia in our group have always been the main force in the activities. Their serious and responsible attitude is an example for us to learn from. Every time I am responsible for training activities, their wisdom and help are indispensable.

Let everyone try new roles, such as the host of training activities. Everyone has a first time. As long as you dare to try, you can reap the joy and happiness of breaking through yourself. How can you know your potential without taking a step forward! The best example is Hui Ting. Although she was very nervous when she received the hosting task, the process was wonderful and the ending was very happy. When I step on stage and see my own light, it turns out that I am a sight to behold. Huiting, really good!

This year our teacher Guo Jie participated in the county basic skills competition, and was elected to the city basic skills competition and got excellent results, which is very good. The whole process of preparing for the competition was torturous and painful. She tapped into her potential bit by bit and made breakthroughs bit by bit, allowing us to see her brilliant performance on stage. She is a person who has high demands on herself and is a bit of a perfectionist. She dares to challenge herself and refine herself, which not only reflects her attitude towards the work of a class teacher, but also a teacher's attitude towards education.

Sister Xueqin is the "talented girl" of our group. Underneath her seemingly calm exterior, there is actually a fire hidden inside. Her delicate observation of life, the appeal of her words, and her steady every step she takes. Our teaching method is also a way of living. Every time I read her words and listen to her speech, it is always like the cool breeze in summer, blowing away the impetuousness and returning to calm.

Teacher Mao Shaowei insists on walking on two legs: subject and class teacher work. This year he has gained a lot and received many significant commendations. For example, the most beautiful teacher in Yuanyang County, the Xinxiang Mayor’s Education Quality Award, China Education News’ 2021 Advanced Individual in Controlling News and Publicity Work, etc. As the only "red flower" in our group, we all look forward to him imparting more experience, participating in discussions more actively, and taking us on the flight together!

Teacher Wang Pei has a small body but a lot of energy. When you see her, you feel at ease. She is enthusiastic and enthusiastic, and you can always see her busy every time she goes to a junior high school for offline activities. Sometimes because she didn't see the notification in time for some things, she would immediately send a private message to explain the situation.
