Who can talk about the construction process of decorating and tiling, and what are the precautions for laying floor tiles?

The construction process of tiling is as follows

Basic treatment: thoroughly clean up dust and sundries, and there shall be no defects such as hollowing, cracking and sanding.

Spring line: Before construction, the elevation control line will pop up around the wall and the cross line will pop up on the ground to control the partition size of the floor tile.

Pre-paving: firstly, strictly select the color, texture and surface smoothness of floor tiles according to the design requirements of drawings, and then pre-paving according to the requirements of drawings. Adjust and replace the size, color and texture errors that may appear in the pre-paving until the best effect is achieved, and pile them up neatly according to the paving.

Paving: 1:3 hard cement mortar paving, the mortar thickness is about 25mm. Before paving, the back of the floor tile should be wet and the front should be dry. Spread the floor tile on the cement mortar as required, and tap the tile facing with a rubber hammer until it is dense and flat.

Jointing: After 24 hours of paving, clean the floor tiles for jointing. Before jointing, clean up the impurities in the cracks in the floor tiles, and jointing them with special caulking agent.

Cleaning: In the process of tile installation, clean with drying, and after completion (generally after 24 hours), clean the tile surface with cotton yarn and other materials.

Precautions for floor tile laying:

Tiles should be soaked for half a day before use, subject to the fact that the brick body does not bubble.

The kitchen and bathroom should have a slope of running water, without stagnant water and backflow. If the original waterproof layer is damaged during construction, waterproof treatment should be done, and the water accumulation test 12 hours has no leakage.

After the floor tiles are laid, cover the brick surface with cardboard and walk on the brick surface at least 24 hours later.

After tiling.

Tip:

1 hour after paving, the cement, caulking agent or other sticky objects left on the brick surface should be wiped clean in time, because it is difficult to clean them after sticking for four hours like caulking agent.

After paving 12 hours, the brick surface should be lightly patted for inspection. If a bulge is found, it should be resurfaced. Bricks can't leave for 24 hours. Thoroughly scrub, mix the detergent with clean water, and thoroughly clean the tiles.
