How to make sesame cake

1. Wash sesame seeds and stir-fry them in a dry pan. You can stop the fire when you see sesame jumping, and it will be easy to paste if it takes too long. Sesame can also be added without salt.

2. Add the rice, sesame, water and sugar soaked for half a day, stir with a blender 15-20 minutes, and turn it off several times to prevent the motor from overheating. When it's almost ready, pour in horseshoe powder and stir for a while.

After boiling water, put a layer of oil on the hot dish. Pour a layer of sesame paste, cover it and steam for a minute or two (this is counted by my nephew himself, and the approximate time is), then pour the second layer, and so on.

The last two holes are not sticky when chopsticks are inserted.
