What does the yellow code mean?

The yellow code of the health code indicates that it is in a medium risk state, including the following situations:

First, people who have reported symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste) and diarrhea, as well as people who have been treated in fever clinics in the province.

Second, the confirmed case was cured within 7 days after discharge, and the asymptomatic infected person was released from isolation within 7 days.

Third, there are people who have lived in medium-risk areas for less than 7 days under the observation of traditional Chinese medicine at home.

The fourth is the close contact personnel who are in the 7-day home isolation medical observation period.

Fifth, the risk personnel after multivariate comparison in regional cooperation survey: those who are at high risk of infection with the positive infected persons within 4 days after the onset of the confirmed case (asymptomatic infected persons are the first sampling time of nucleic acid positive samples) but have not been judged as close contacts through video surveillance, electronic payment, on-site or telephone survey.

Sixth, those who have not done health examination in the database of key personnel of epidemic prevention information in this area and refused to cooperate with the local headquarters to carry out epidemiological investigation and nucleic acid detection.

The solution of yellow code

The yellow code will be released automatically after home monitoring or designated nucleic acid test is negative. If it cannot be lifted, the public should apply for transcoding to the local towns and streets in a timely manner. If it meets the transcoding conditions, the towns and streets should submit a transcoding application to the county (district) level health code management special class and submit it to the provincial big data management center. The transcoding can be completed on the same day after the audit.
