0. preface

The doors of CR200J 1 EMU are centralized control plug doors, and each door is controlled by a door controller. The vehicle door status and fault information are fed back to the network and displayed on the traction display screen of the cab. The movable sleeve has strict requirements for the door: in the closed state, it must have good sealing performance; When the door is opened, it should be flexible and safe to facilitate passengers to enter and exit safely. From the maintenance point of view, the author introduces the function, status display, analysis and treatment of common faults of car door centralized control, which provides reference for maintenance personnel to deal with similar faults quickly.

Door Button Arrangement and Centralized Control of EMU 1 and CR200J 1.

The driver's console of CR200J 1 EMU is equipped with corresponding door control buttons to control the doors, and the door control instructions are only valid when someone operates. The door control switch is divided into two areas, namely the right door control area and the left door control area, and each area includes a close button, an open button and a release button. In addition, on the right side of the DDU display screen, there is a door closing indicator from the hard-wired feedback of trailer door status (this indicator indicates that all doors are closed, and any door is opened, and this indicator does not light up).

Car door centralized control: after the main car receives the trailer zero speed signal, press the release button, and the trailer door is released and activated. At this time, press the door opening button, and the trailer will perform centralized control to open the door; When the close button is pressed, the centralized control closes all doors, and the door release signal is cancelled.

2. DDU display door status display principle

As shown in figure 1, the door feedback signal of each trailer is transmitted to the monitoring terminal MT (vehicle power grid is off) of the dining car through the communication terminal CT, and then packaged and sent to the TCDS host. TCDS host communicates with Lonworks gateway in TCMS system of motor vehicle/control vehicle through intelligent terminal board (LTM board installed in 6A system host), and the communication mode adopts Lonworks bus. Lonworks gateway forwards relevant information to CCU through MVB and Ethernet, and CCU sends the obtained door information to DDU through MVB and Ethernet, and DDU displays the door status according to the obtained information.

3. The door electric centralized control function

The electric control function of the train door is the same as that of the control car. The following is an example of short control of the car:
