Tell me about my experience in optometry and optician in Tongren Hospital.

A few days ago, I went to the optometry and optical center of Beijing Tongren Hospital (Chongwenmen Center Store) and registered in the official account of WeChat.

Due to the epidemic situation, you should show Beijing Health Treasure before entering the store.

If you have a Beijing medical record book, remember to bring it with you and buy it at 50 cents each. If you have a Beijing medical insurance card, you need to apply for Beijing Medical Link.

Take the number first after entering the store, and then go to the information desk to measure the age of the glasses (you don't need them without them). After measuring the degree, go to the triage desk for computer optometry, and the doctor will decide whether it is necessary to mydriaze according to the increase of your glasses.

PS: There are two kinds of mydriasis, one is slow mydriasis (atropine) and the other is fast mydriasis (more nails). Slow mydriasis is generally suitable for children under 7 years old.

Before mydriasis, it is necessary to check the fundus and investigate pathological myopia.

After that, the doctor wrote a list for examining the fundus, paid 40 yuan at the toll booth, and then took a photo of the fundus in the examination room (actually, take a photo in front of your eyes with a camera, look at the bright spot in front of you when taking a photo, don't blink, it will be over in two minutes).

After taking photos of the fundus, the doctor asked the doctor who took the list to the triage desk to write a checklist to see the results. The doctor looked at the results and said that there was nothing wrong with the fundus, so he could mydriaze, and then asked me to pay the fee.

After paying the fee, the doctor will give you a number plate and find a corresponding seat in the mydriasis area (because of the epidemic, every two seats need one person). After a while, the doctor will check your name and prescribe eye drops.

The effect of the rapid mydriasis medicine is 8 hours. You can't drive, write or use electronic products for 8 hours, so don't drive or ride a bike when you go. Because the eyes will be afraid of light after mydriasis, it is best to bring a pair of sunglasses.

The mydriatic medicine should be ordered twice (in the past, it was 4 times when the Union Medical College Hospital was equipped with glasses). After I ordered the eye drops, I couldn't open my eyes. Twenty minutes later, the doctor ordered a second time. Theoretically, you should close your eyes and rest for 40 minutes after the second time, but in fact, the nurse didn't wake us up for more than 10 minutes.

After mydriasis, go to the examination desk (next to the toll booth) for computer optometry again. This time, the left eye rose by 50 degrees, and the right eye rose by 150 degrees.

Then the doctor will send you a calling barcode, wait in your seat and tell you to go to the corresponding optometry room.

Because I didn't hear clearly what number the doctor told me to go to the optometry room to see when I got the number tag, I found that the optometry room had already passed the number (╯▂╰). Fortunately, the optometrist was good, so I went directly to the optometry room without having to get the number again.

After entering, insert the lens according to the computer optometry degree, then optometry with ophthalmoscope (that is, take a flashlight to shine on your eyes), increase or decrease the degree according to the actual situation, and then look at the eye chart. The eye chart is electronic and will not be affected by light. After inserting the lens to measure my vision, the optometrist said that my glasses were not much different from those of computer optometry, and asked me to re-examine them tomorrow morning.

? Re-examination the next day

If you re-examine, use the number reserved the day before. Go to the optometry room and re-insert the lens according to the degree measured yesterday, then measure your vision and look at the red and green eye chart. After adjusting the diopter, the optometrist will let you go out with inserted glasses 10 minutes to see if you are dizzy and can't see clearly. 10 minutes later, go back to the optometry room, and the doctor will measure the pupil distance and match glasses.

After that, you can wear glasses (or optometry directly without glasses)

I chose a frame around 600 yuan. Because of my high myopia, the doctor recommended the lenses of Zeiss and Essilor. I chose Zeiss this time because I always used Zeiss lens. The lens and frame cost nearly 3000 yuan. Because I used to wear glasses at my colleagues, I can get a 10% discount.

After paying the fee, the doctor said it would take three days to get the glasses ready. I chose SF Express, cash on delivery, and the price is 25 yuan.

Generally speaking, the experience in my colleague's optician's shop is very good, and the optometry is very professional (personally, it is better than Union Medical College Hospital, which is one of the best ophthalmic hospitals in China after all). The optometry glasses in big hospitals must be guaranteed.

It is said on the Internet that the doctors in Tongren Hospital have a bad attitude. In fact, I don't think doctors have a good attitude and are enthusiastic about patients. The doctor will turn off the air conditioner as soon as the child next to him says that the palace mouth is cold. There is no problem that doctors have poor attitudes on the Internet. You can rest assured of that.

The above experience is my experience of fitting glasses in Chongwenmen Central Store. At present, I have never been to other branches and I don't know the situation of the branches. If you want glasses, I still recommend going to the head office. Doctors have a good attitude, are enthusiastic about patients, and are very careful and professional (it is said that optometrists in Tongren Hospital are all optometrists).

In a word, you should protect your eyes. If you are short-sighted, you waste both time and money.

Protect your eyes!
