If you look closely, you will find that the ideas in your brain are actually very scattered. You can't control your brain at all, you can't keep it clean, and you can't stand thinking. People's thoughts are usually chaotic, which may not be easy to understand, but in the dead of night, or when they deliberately calm down, they can probably understand the feeling that the brain is always involved in all kinds of unclear thoughts, a little cranky, a little flustered and nervous.

This is why I subconsciously want to see something, listen to something, or eat something and do something to fill this panic, otherwise it will develop into a panic. This is actually the six ways of human beings to climb the dust, which are bound to each other and never stop. Six refers to eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind, and six refers to color, sound, fragrance, taste, touch and method. Everyone's mind can hardly be truly peaceful. Even if they fall asleep, they will still dream. In fact, this is also a manifestation of delusion, but it is hidden in your subconscious and not easy to detect.
