On February 4th, the novel coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Headquarters in Liangping District of Chongqing issued a notice on implementing the ten measures of "everyone is responsible for preventing and controlling the epidemic situation", proposing that all communities in Liangping should implement closed management and advocate sending 1 person out shopping every two days.

The circular requires all villages (groups), communities and units in the area to implement closed management, and all people entering and leaving the area shall be tested for their body temperature and issue valid certificates. Strictly control all foreign personnel and vehicles, and enter only after special circumstances are registered and put on record by management personnel.

At the same time, public places that are unnecessary for residents' lives will be closed. Farmers' markets, supermarkets, pharmacies and other places arrange business hours reasonably, disinfect regularly, and all entrants will be tested for body temperature and wear masks. Express delivery and takeout are delivered without contact.

During the epidemic prevention and control period, the "red incident" was closed, and the "white incident" was simplified and reported to the village (group), community and unit for filing in advance. Units and individuals that hold or undertake group dinners and participate in mass activities will be dealt with severely.

The circular also advocates not visiting, not partying, trying not to go out and wearing masks when going out. Except for special needs, it is recommended that every family assign 1 family members to go out to purchase daily necessities every two days.
