There are several reasons for not being able to recharge:

1. Bank card balance is insufficient. You can check the balance in the bank card you used to recharge. If the balance in the card is lower than the amount you want to transfer, the transfer will definitely fail.

2. If you recharge in a bad network environment, sometimes the system is busy or the network is not good, which may lead to your recharge failure.

3. The bank card cannot be recharged due to abnormal status or freezing.

The specific recharge steps are as follows:

1, our wechat, click on mine, and then click on the service.

2. After opening the service page, click Wallet.

3. Here, we select the change and click Open.

4. Enter the WeChat change interface and click the recharge option below.

5. Enter the amount in the top-up interface, and then select the bank card above the amount.
