University teachers don't need to be homogeneous, have differences, and have diverse values.
But we can't completely ignore things related to departmental work and collective interests. My discretion is to do business according to the requirements of the school and apply for degree points, disciplines, teams, quality courses and so on. , and orderly implementation, but the key is to improve the level, strengthen the strength, lay a good foundation. The result is natural, rather than quick success, relying on tackling key problems to fool people, running in the province and running in the Ministry. Really scientific research? In my eyes, many large projects with various names and tens of millions of funds have produced some pseudo-scientific achievements, and you can get the full prize by tackling key problems with scientific research funds. This is ruining the blood and sweat of taxpayers and ruining the style of study.
My attitude is very contradictory, and the school may also have opinions. Although I don't care whether the school leaders are satisfied or not, there is still a tangle that I can't solve in the end, that is, these evaluation indicators are linked and bound to the interests of departments and groups. I agree with the view of "excellent courses", but we must first understand what "excellent courses" mean. There is only one standard for excellent courses: students benefit and form word of mouth.
