Generally speaking, customs declaration documents include packing list, invoice, verification form, customs declaration form and customs declaration power of attorney. The packing list and invoice are made by ourselves, and the contents (invoice number, date, buyer's company name, port of shipment and destination, shipping mark, description and quantity) of the two should be consistent, and the invoice should pay attention to the correct amount, otherwise it will be very troublesome to correct; The gross and net weights on the packing list are the same as those actually shipped by the factory. The power of attorney for customs declaration is used when entrusting others to declare customs. This is in triplicate and must be stamped. The places with dates on the upper right and lower left are stamped with official seals, and the contents can be filled in or not.

The above documents are generally needed and handled under special circumstances. All the documents are ready and sent to the forwarder or the designated place. It is best to send a set of blank stamped paper to a place where only the original documents can be used for customs declaration. In case there is something wrong with the document, you can use it directly instead of mailing it, which is a waste of time and money.
