What is the best American family film in your mind? Why?

Personally, I strongly recommend Miracle Boy, which is the most touching film I have seen in recent years. The film is directed by Stephen Zhuo Bo and stars Julia Roberts, a beautiful woman with a big mouth, and Jacob Tribbe, a child star. The young man played by Jacob Terry in the film suffers from facial defects, so the little boy often lives with a helmet. His family wanted him to integrate into the life of a normal child, so they sent him to an ordinary school. In this process, the little boy made him face life confidently, positively and bravely. A very inspirational movie, many adults who are hit by reality will feel ashamed to watch it.

This film not only shows the brave and healing attitude of the little boy Augie, but also rarely adds multiple perspectives. In our life, we always take too much care of a person because of his inherent weakness, so we ignore others. For example, the sister of the boy in the film, because of the defects of her younger brother, makes her parents pay more attention to her younger brother, and her life is less caring. On the one hand, my sister is distressed by her brother's understanding of her parents, on the other hand, she is eager for their love.

There are also boys from poor families and classmates from rich families. In order to cater to classmates' words against their hearts, children from poor families show their entanglement from his perspective. A well-off child looks arrogant and unreasonable, but as soon as his parents appear when he is punished by the school, the audience will immediately understand why he has such a personality.

This film does not tell its own story from the perspective of a little boy, but takes care of the feelings and pressures of people around it, which is worth thinking about.
