What grade of wine does Jiannanchun belong to?

It belongs to one of high-grade wines.

Jiannanchun is a specialty of Jiannan Town, Mianzhu City, Sichuan Province, and a landmark product of chinese national geography. The history of Jian Nanchun can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty 1500 years ago. According to post-Tang Dezong's book, in the prosperous Tang Dynasty, Jian Nanchun was selected as the royal wine of the court. Jian Nanchun is the only famous China wine recorded in the official history in modern China, and the only remaining Datang wine in China. Its traditional brewing technology has been recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage. Jian Nanchun was born in Mianzhu City, Sichuan Province. Mianzhu was called "Jiannanchun" because it belonged to Jiannan Road in the Tang Dynasty.

Jian Nanchun has three "unique genes":

First, masculinity stems from the magnificence of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The mountains in Mianzhu gave birth to a kind of masculinity for Jian Nanchun, and gave birth to a unique charm for the growth and reproduction of brewing microorganisms and the fermentation and storage of wine in Jian Nanchun.

Second: holiness comes from the holy water of the Millennium glacier. The brewing water of Jiannanchun comes from the glacier water of Jiuding Mountain in Longmen, northwest Mianzhu. The underground mineral water here is not affected by any foreign bacteria and surface water. It can quietly and calmly exchange minerals with ancient rock formations and gravel that originated in the ice age millions of years ago, and finally it is mineralized to form natural weak alkaline mineral water with good quality.

Every drop of them has experienced natural infiltration and mineralization for at least 16 years, and is rich in many natural mineral essences and trace elements such as calcium, strontium, sodium and potassium, making it the world's top mineral water.

Third, enrich the specialty wine and rice from Mianzhu. Mianzhu is located in Pingba District at the northern end of Chengdu Plain. Because it is close to the plateau and has special glacier water resources, glutinous rice, rice and other food crops produced here have always been famous for their full grains and mellow taste, which provided special raw materials for the production of Jian Nanchun.
