Opening remarks:
Dear leaders and teachers, hello everyone! First of all, I would like to thank Teacher ◆. During the acceptance activities of our mathematics teaching and research group, she gave a demonstration class on behalf of our mathematics teaching and research group today. She is the teaching backbone of our school and is dedicated to her work. We will definitely have a lot of inspiration from this class taught by her. In order to better summarize this event and guide future classroom teaching, we will hold listening and evaluation activities here in line with the principle of "making progress together, improving together". I hope that all teachers can speak freely and openly and honestly express their understanding, opinions, insights, and gains from the lectures without reservation.

1. Study the teaching materials carefully, dig out the teaching materials, and accurately identify the key points and difficulties of each lesson.
Before class, think about: What is my ideal goal for this class? What do I want students to experience? What to gain? What methods can I use to achieve my teaching goals? How to design teaching more reasonably? How do students respond when a situation arises? How can we effectively grasp the key points and break through the difficulties? Teachers must be aware of all this.
2. Handle the relationship between data and form well
A good lesson should be a perfect combination of data and form. Enriched materials can enable students to acquire more knowledge, improve their potential and develop their intelligence, and good formats can stimulate students' interest in learning, making classroom teaching more effective with half the effort. However, when the material and form cannot be unified, we would rather just have the material instead of the pretentiousness.
3. Each question must be carefully designed to guide students to read more. Our questions must be purposeful and strive to have value for each question. Let students comprehend the text while reading.
4. Strive to improve your own quality. In our free time, we should read more relevant education and teaching books and magazines, and learn more about some new teaching concepts and advanced teaching methods. Especially Teacher Xie Yu, you are the reserve force of our school and our new force. You must strengthen your basic skills training, improve your quality internally, and shape your image externally, and strive to push yourself out in a short period of time.
How to take every class well? How can the class have its own characteristics, be effective, and be willing to be understood by students? This is a subject that requires long-term research. The basic requirement of plain and efficient primary school mathematics classroom teaching, "Teaching mathematics simply, completely for the students, and seeking development in a down-to-earth manner" must be achieved. Thank you, Teacher Shi, for your careful preparation and bringing us this demonstration class. Everyone must have had a lot of inspiration from the class she taught. I hope that teachers can speak freely and express their opinions, insights, understandings, and gains from listening to the class, so that we can improve together and make progress together. There are two parts to this activity: one is Teacher Shi’s lecture, and the other is teacher’s discussion.
