The leaves of cilantro are dark green with clear veins and resemble pinnate compound leaves. Its stem is square in shape and its skin is white. The stems and leaves of coriander have a distinct aroma. This aroma is unique and charming, and it is a smell I have been familiar with since I was a child.

During the growth process, coriander grows very quickly. I noticed that under the right temperature and environment, new growth points of cilantro appear almost every day. Its vitality makes me respect this plant.

During the observation process, I found that coriander does not have much demand for sunlight. It grows well even in strong sunlight. However, when there is insufficient sunlight, the growth rate of cilantro will slow down. This made me realize that although cilantro does not need a lot of sunlight, proper sunlight is still very important for its growth.

While researching the uses of cilantro, I learned that in addition to being used as a seasoning, cilantro can also be used to make spices, herbs, and beauty products. The aroma of coriander comes from a substance called "muscone", which has repellent, antibacterial and antioxidant effects. In addition, coriander is also rich in nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium and iron.
