Let's talk about special threads, such as self-adhesive threads and enamelled cotton threads. Processing these wires is very different from our common enameled wires. The processing equipment should be equipped with special wire passing wheel and tensioning mechanism, and the wire diameter should be appropriately increased when setting parameters. Because these wires are not smooth and have special coating, the wire diameter is generally larger than the nominal value.

Second, the common thin line processing, we generally call the line below 0.3 as thin line. If the speed is too fast, the coils will be irregularly arranged and the tension will fluctuate greatly. At present, the copper price has been high, and many manufacturers have turned to aluminum wires. It should also be noted that the tension requirements of the two wires are completely different. Under the same wire diameter, the tension of aluminum wire is only one third of that of copper wire, which is one of the main reasons for the explosion of external insulating paint for many users.
