Dialect features

There are two dialects in Fushun, Zigong, namely Southwest Mandarin and Hakka dialect. Fushun's southwest mandarin is divided into Fushun dialect and Huaide dialect. Fushun dialect is represented by Chengguan dialect in the county, while Huaide dialect is only used in Huaide Town, Huaide Township and Changtan Township, which are connected with Luxian County in the south of the county.

Fushun dialect is a great immigrant in the late Yuan, late Ming and early Qing dynasties. On the basis of Huguang dialect brought by Huguang residents, Fushun dialect has been formed through hundreds of years of evolution.

Huaide dialect is actually Luxian dialect. Huaide Town, Huaide Township and Changtan Township have always been under the jurisdiction of Luxian County in ancient times, and they were placed under Fushun County in Yongle period of Ming Dynasty, which is closer to Luxian County than Fushun County, so the dialect of Luxian County has been completely maintained for 5 years.

Fushanyan dialect belongs to the basic type of folk literature, which belongs to the main category of historical relics and the sub-category of intangible cultural relics. Due to the lack of communication with the outside world for a long time, the residents in this area have not integrated their language into the independent films of entering tone in southern Sichuan (Yibin, Luzhou, Jiangjin, Chongqing) and the films of entering tone in southern Sichuan (Neijiang, Zigong), and gradually formed a unique "Yanshang dialect".
