What is bipolar disorder?
Since my research direction is design, I can also make some profits from the disease while suffering from it. In short, the good times are too good and the bad times are uncontrollable.
Having a strong desire to control others and themselves, anything they care about that is beyond their control will easily put them into a state of "irritability" or "depression". He uses his brain too much, relies on inferences and calculations to act, does not know how to use his heart, and cannot deal with problems completely emotionally. They are easy to deal with academic matters, have high enthusiasm, and are not afraid of dangers. When dealing with interpersonal or emotional matters, it is like being dragged by a huge boulder, and the whole person will sink into the ground.
For me, emotions are like a swamp that swallows people. If I don’t try my best to confront it, my life will end when I lose my strength.
Let’s talk about the good time first.
The so-called "good" time is also "impatient". Take yourself as an example. One situation is: thoughts are flowing, no draft is needed for the speech, thousands of life principles suddenly appear in my mind, and everything I want to say can be summarized in an extremely concise and to the point of time. I feel that all four elements are empty, and I have seen through the world of mortals. , nothing in this world can hinder me, I am independent from the world. Another situation is: suddenly very excited, which mostly occurs when one is able to develop his/her expertise or find his/her passion. This excitement is completely out of my control, arbitrarily consuming my own energy and daily quota of emotions. My tone is high-pitched, very excited, my voice is loud, and it comes and goes quickly, which is completely unexpected.
The "bad" time. Depression, to be honest, is difficult to summarize when you are not in this stage. In short, it means not wanting to do anything, being unable to do anything, feeling depressed, and easily wanting to cry. I belong to the type with underdeveloped tear glands, coupled with my habit of suppressing my emotions, so I can't cry most of the time. But when I'm so sad that I want to cry right away, there are about seven or eight times a day.
Because I’m lying in bed now, I’m in a pretty good mood, not very depressed, so I can’t tell you all the details, so I’ll post a few pictures for everyone to see. This is in some very emotional states. In bad moments, write down the words as a way to vent.
