Of course, if I want to eat something that is not in the dormitory, I can also ask people who have gone out to bring some back.

Sometimes, you can also prevent some special situations. For example, sometimes you overslept and can't eat in the cafeteria. If you don't want to order takeout, you can cook something yourself. I remember when I was a freshman, I met a typhoon. The school asked the students to stay in the dormitory until the wind subsided, but it was already past 5 o'clock, and I was hungry but I couldn't eat. It is difficult to eat some hot dishes and meals in the dormitory at this time, but if there is a pot in the dormitory at this time, you can cook by yourself.

Of course, cooking by yourself has its troubles, but there are still many benefits.
