Yanghe Town belongs to Suqian City. Many foreign friends didn't know about Suqian before, but as long as they mentioned Yanghe, they suddenly realized that Suqian was also the hometown of Xiang Yu, the overlord of Chu. Interested friends can go to Suqian's "Wang Xiangzhi Township" to find the following local delicacies and beautiful scenery.

In fact, if you want to ask me what representative foods are there in my hometown, I have to think hard to find a few. The most famous is Yanghe wine, and then there is Shuanghou wine in Sihong (now it belongs to Sujiu Group like Yanghe wine). There are several other special snacks, such as the "handmade noodles" that Suqian people love. This kind of handmade noodles is similar to Shaanxi handmade noodles, the only difference is the different seasonings, and there is a street snack "vegetable pancake", which tastes like pancake fruit. It is also the "wheel cake" produced by Yanghe. It is said that Emperor Qianlong tasted it, and there is also an inconspicuous side dish, "Fried Eggs with Douchi", which is fermented and pickled with Douchi. The most important thing is to eat with pancakes. Finally, I have never eaten "yellow dog pig's head meat", which is said to have been tasted by Emperor Qianlong. Don't think there is dog meat here. The inventor of this dish is actually called "yellow dog"

In fact, apart from Yanghe wine, which has a long history, most of the other cuisines I mentioned are "imported", and more or less borrowed from other local snacks's practices.
