1. Before pumping, pump a proper amount of water to lubricate the pipeline

When mortar is struck, the interface between mortar and water is soaked by water for a long time, and the water takes the cement slurry away, resulting in mortar segregation and increased pumping resistance, which leads to the cement slurry squeezing out from the washed apron, thus causing pipe plugging.
2. Before pumping by the concrete mixing pump truck, the equipment should be fully inspected
Check whether the concrete mixing pump truck is placed stably and firmly as required;
check whether the water tank is filled with clear water;
fill the oil tank of lubricating grease pump with # lithium-based grease;
check the glasses plate, and the gap should not be too large, otherwise the same fault will be caused by internal slurry leakage;
considering the problem of high pumping pressure and overflow of the main safety valve, the pressure of the main system can be adjusted to 28MPa
3. Pipe laying requirements
1. The long-distance pumping resistance of the mixing pump truck is large, and the bent pipes should be reduced as much as possible, and large bends should be used as much as possible instead of small bends. Practice has proved that every additional 9o×R1 elbow is equivalent to an additional 5m horizontal pipe. Therefore, only four 9o×R1 bends with φ125A were used for pipe laying, and the rest were φ125A×3m straight pipes and φ125A×2m straight pipes with a total length of 31m.
2. Pay attention to the reinforcement of the pipe and the fastening of the pipe clamp. This kind of long-distance pumping will encounter the phenomena of intensified pipe jumping and pipe jam explosion. Therefore, it is necessary to fully reinforce the bend and some straight pipes to slow down their impact.

The pipeline cleaning should be disconnected from the middle and cleaned twice to ensure safety and reliability. 5. The high grade and high viscosity of concrete make it difficult for concrete mixing pump truck to pump. The coarse aggregate size of C6 high-grade concrete is below 3mm, and the gradation is reasonable. Sand ratio is 39%, medium and fine sand; And cement consumption can meet the pumping requirements. However, restricted by strength, its water-cement ratio is between .2 and .3, resulting in slump of about 12cm, which affects the fluidity of concrete when pumping and increases the resistance. Increasing sand ratio can improve its pumpability, but it affects its strength and can't meet the design and construction requirements. Therefore, the only way to solve this problem is to add water reducer, which will not affect the strength, but also increase the slump. No water reducer was added at the beginning of pumping, and the pumping pressure was 26-28MPa, so the pumping speed was slow and the effect was poor. If it is transported at high pressure for a long time, it will affect the stability and reliability of the concrete pump. Later, when a certain amount of water reducing agent (NF-2) was added, the slump reached 18-2m, and the pumping pressure dropped significantly, only about 18MPa, which doubled the pumping efficiency. In addition, in the process of pumping, the operator should also be reminded that the concrete in the hopper must be above the center line of the mixing shaft, otherwise it will cause the concrete to splash around and hurt people, or the pipe will be blocked due to air suction and gas compression.
