What is the price of pure grain wine?

Then talk about the production cost of liquor. First, the price of raw materials. The raw material is grain. According to the yield of a kilo of corn wine, the raw material cost of a kilo of pure corn wine is around 6 yuan. We choose selected red sorghum as sorghum, and the price is around 2.8 yuan. The liquor yield of sorghum is slightly lower than that of corn. About 4-5 kilograms of sorghum produces one kilogram of liquor, so the cost of one kilogram of pure sorghum liquor is about 12 yuan.

Second, labor costs. As we all know, the labor cost is very high now. Even though our rural labor force needs at least 150 ~ 200 yuan a day, one person can get about 100 A Jin days. The labor cost per catty of wine is around 4 yuan.

Third, the time cost, the brewing of grain wine needs to go through many processes, including cooking, saccharification, fermentation, distillation and so on. The whole process takes about one month to three months depending on the season. During this time, I need to work every day, and the funds are also occupied. This cost is about 3 ~ 3.50 yuan per catty of wine.

To sum up, the cost of pure grain wine is about 13 yuan to 20 yuan. Below this price, it is basically blended wine.

Many liquors on the market now, ranging from a dozen pieces to several hundred pieces, have an uncomfortable feeling. The most direct feeling is that it is difficult to swallow two cups. I have a headache after drinking, and my heart beats very fast. I don't even want to smell the wine after drinking a cup, and I am particularly thirsty at night.
