If you have anything, please report to the leader. Some colleagues may be careless when chatting with each other. Sometimes, they will occasionally make a joke and even say something about the leader, but they often forget what they said, which has no practical significance. But some colleagues may be careless, and the listener will report what you said to the leader with great interest, and often some leaders may not recognize it carefully. Therefore, if you meet someone who likes to report, it is actually very disgusting.

People who dare not take it. Sometimes I do one thing with my colleagues, and everyone is in the same project team. Work is to better complete the project, and may actively cooperate with the work at ordinary times. However, once the project encounters some problems or some are not problems at all, but the leaders occasionally show dissatisfaction, then my colleagues will be the first to say to you, Oh, this matter is someone else's responsibility. Put all the bad things on your side and make the leaders think you suck. Working with such colleagues, I really have to be on guard against losing the meaning of the team sometimes, and I always feel as if someone around me has been playing tricks on me.

People who have a bad impression are those who are full of negative energy. They always complain when they are with them. First, they complained about their bad fate. Secondly, they complain that the leaders are unfair to them and keep all the dirty work for themselves. And most importantly, when I see you working hard, I will interrupt you and say why you are so serious, and you still want to climb up or something. It's really annoying and even affects my mood.
