Poems of Dongshan Temple Ancient Temple in Hepu

According to Guangdong Tongzhi, Hepu Lingjue was built in the Jin Dynasty. More than 1,600 years ago, it is one of the earliest Buddhist temples in Guangxi. During the Northern Song Dynasty, Dongshan Temple was built in the former site of Lingjue Temple. Incense has been flourishing for thousands of years. Officials and literati who have been to Dongshan Temple in ancient times have left many poems, songs and chapters.

(A) Northern Song Dynasty drama and Hepu monk Su Shi

Lonely clouds come out of the hole with Dont Ask For Help, flying in all directions.

I don't know when Lao Ling will come back to ask if the imperial court is still in the west.

Note: Su Dongpo (1023-101), namely Su Shi, a great poet and writer in the Northern Song Dynasty, is a devout Buddhist disciple, known as Dongpo Jushi and academician. He was wronged in his later years and exiled to the ends of the earth. In June of the third year (1 100), Fu Yuan was pardoned and ordered to move to Lianzhou for resettlement, where he lived for more than three months. When he visited Dongshan Temple, he learned that the monk who lived here was very talented in poetry, but he traveled to Nanyue and left a poem on the wall, saying, "I am idle and lonely." Thinking that I have been exiled many times, I am free now, just like a white cloud coming out of a cave, and suddenly I feel poetic. He borrowed Xuanzang's Buddhist scriptures, traveled to Wan Li, and went through hardships before returning to Kyoto to compare himself.

(2) After Lingshan, I miss Yue Lin in the Southern Song Dynasty.

Bend down to pick up rice, love poverty, and live by the sea in Tiannanbao.

Thousands of miles away, don't be disappointed, ten years of flat stems can be frustrating.

I feel ashamed, but I feel strong inside and embarrassed to look in the mirror.

It is a shame for people who have no virtue to return the favor and know it.

Note: Yue Lin is the third son of Yue Fei, a famous national hero in China history. Yue Fei (1103—1142) was killed by Qin Gui in Hangzhou Fengbo Pavilion, and his third son, Yue Lin Xichun, was appointed as Qinzhou well-known for three years. During his tenure in Qinzhou, Yue Lin went to Dongshan Temple to worship Buddha and pray. Once he went to Lingshan via Hepu, leaving a poem lamenting his wandering life and the ups and downs of eunuchs, pinning his feelings of missing the court and worrying about the country and the people.

(3) Liu Ziqi, an ancient temple with bells ringing.

Xiaoxiao ancient temple is cold and cold, and it is said that it is also nirvana.

The shelf is still wet at dawn, and it is obviously a rushing sound.

Note: The author Liu Ziqi, a real juren in Jiangnan, was appointed as the prefect of Lianzhou in the third year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty (1575). The ancient clock in Dongshan Temple is engraved with the Zhong Ji written by Dr. Hu, a doctor of Guanglu in Fu Jiunian, and describes the origin of this clock. When fishing at sea, it was accidentally obtained by guards and soldiers, and it was carried back and hung on a heavily guarded temple. After reading this poem, I feel the solemnity, solemnity, piety and harmony of Dongshan Temple, which puts people in the bell of a Buddhist temple.

(4) "The Bell of the Ancient Temple" and a poem "A Ming Wang Yi"

After the war, the moonlight on the scorched beach was cold, and the morning light was golden with the sea. I suddenly roared out of Qianfeng and woke up Zhu Falan.

Note: The author Wang Yimou is a good friend of Liu Zilin, and his resume is unknown. The poem is: According to legend, the dragon on the ancient clock of Lingjue Temple came out at night to fight with the dragon in the pool, and the pool looked cold under the bright moon. At dawn, the morning light on the sea put it on the disc. Suddenly, the bell of the temple rang, and the bell shook far away, shaking the surrounding hillside and wild ridge, alarming the monks who came from India to preach the scriptures and waking up the meditation monks.

(5) Visit Bao Qingjun in Dongshan Temple.

The world of mortals can't fly to the Zen Pass, but they have guests to help them rest here.

The wind sent Brahma to the upper boundary, and the rain leaves filled Dongshan.

The voice is loud and the cicada is quiet, sitting in the old woman's room.

The poems of Zhenri frequently hit the bowl, but I don't know how to return them in the depths of white clouds.

Note: The author Bao Jun is from Xiangshan (now Zhongshan), Guangdong. He is the dean of Haimen College in Lianzhou. In the third year of Qing Daoguang (1823), he was a scholar and was in charge of Shanxi Division of the Ministry of Punishment. The poem is: the solemn Buddhist temple is far away from the world of mortals, and I go there to rest with a bamboo pole in my hand in the morning. The bells from the breeze are far away from the sea and the sky, and the leaves of Bedolo trees are all over the ground inside and outside the rain backyard. What I heard was the loud chanting of monks, but I couldn't hear the noisy cicadas. I sat among the old monks with their feet crossed. Everyone talks about ancient and modern poetry all day, and they keep banging on tea bowls when poetry is popular. I was in a temple deep in the white clouds and forgot to go home.

(6) Visit two Baojun songs in Dongshan Temple.

Wanhe Songmen painting doesn't matter, Tiankai Buddhism is among them.

Bodhi old tree solitary temple, mirror high platform connected to distant mountains.

Everywhere you go, there are clouds and clockbirds.

At the end of the beard, Su Zhi left a ribbon and returned it with the breeze.

The main idea of the poem is: Dongshan Temple is surrounded by mountains and valleys. During the day, the gate of the temple is open, and the cheerful and open-minded realm is different from the secular world. The trees in the temple are lush and the scenery is confused, so you can't see the halls and pavilions clearly. (Bodhi has no trees, and it is not clear. ) The quiet Buddhist nature of the monks' lectures spread all over the barren hills. The clouds in the sky were unpredictable by the wind. After the bell of the temple stopped, only birds were heard. Su Dongpo, a great poet in the Song Dynasty, left no jade belt as a souvenir (there is a story that Su Dongpo left a strap when he visited Jinshan Temple), but walked in the breeze.

(7) Feng's poem Lingjue Temple

Brahma Temple in the east of the city is dazzling in the morning glow, embroidered with clouds and boasting ancient buildings.

Is this Buddha different from the previous one? Van's king really lives in the house of the king of France.

The vast treasure is like a lost era, and the bell is swinging against the sun.

Why do you have to go to the monastery? Smallpox is concentrated in the heights of the banyan forest.

Note: Author Feng, a native of Qinzhou (1747— 1806), was a scholar during the reign of Qing Qianlong. He is a bachelor of cabinet in Kyoto, 19 years old. At the age of 24, he was praised as a "world genius" by Wen Kui. 32-year-old scholar, edited by Hanlin. Poetic: Buddhist temple is a holy place to worship Buddha and God. Faced with the spread of Buddhism for more than two thousand years, generations of Buddhist disciples have been handed down from generation to generation. On the other hand, Feng thinks that today's monks are different from before. One of the leaders of Fanfan Wang can actually live in a temple, and the treasure is boundless. Every day when the sun goes down, the bell rings. Feng asked, "Fan Wang can stay at the home of the French king. For a practitioner who pursues enlightenment, why do you have to go to a Buddhist temple to practice? " In that ordinary alley, where is the enlightenment of Buddhism at the height of the bodhi tree? "Feng's poems also witnessed that Li Rizun, king of Annan, stayed in Dongshan Temple when Dayue Changfu entered China for nine years.

(8) Four poems by Chen and Huo Zhuo in the Republic of China.

One is a raging fire, which burns the rotten skin out. At twelve o'clock a day, the flesh and blood sprinkled ashes.

Secondly, the fire burned me to death and stole my heart. Xijiang swallowed it in one gulp, and Whitestorm cleaned it up the next day.

Third, the raging fire turns into endless lights, and the world of all beings is endless, often bright.

Fourth, there was a raging fire, and nothing was burned out. I asked how to cross Silla in a planned way.

Luo refers to the words sung by monks.

Chen is a layman who leads troops to fight. His poem "Poems of Four Things" is based on transcendental life experience and regards bodhicitta as fire. Let the blazing fire burn all evil, and let the light of this flame light up the world. For the general, it is necessary to rule the army with Buddhism, take the national disaster as the head, serve the country and the nation, and hold the sword all his life.

Note: Chen (1889— 1965), a native of Hepu, is a famous patriotic general in China, one of the main founders of the Chinese Buddhist Association, and once served as the chief executive of the Nanjing government of the Kuomintang. After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), he was a member of the NPC Standing Committee. Chen is a devout Buddhist disciple. Every time he goes back to his hometown, he goes to Dongshan Temple to make pilgrimages. There is a saying that "Chen rode the Dongshan Temple", which means that during the Republic of China, when he was stationed in Hepu, he often rode a white horse given by his friends to worship Buddha in Dongshan Temple and wrote down "four fire poems".
