During that time, there were no weekends, no work, no day and night. At first, I thought I couldn't hold on.

On the morning of September 16, when the main building of Building No.2 was capped, I felt that everything was worth it, and the hard work for more than a month paid off. After the smooth delivery of the first phase of the project, our life has gradually changed. Staff sports meeting, football friendly match with the owner, business innovation competition and other activities also made me realize the richness of branch life.

After work, the interest social organization activities of branch trade unions, such as Qixi and Mid-Autumn Festival, make me feel that "expanding happy space" is not just talk.

When you come to a new working environment, you can find your own shortcomings best. The first is a three-month training period. If you don't know how to go to school, asking if you don't know is the premise and foundation of all progress! I made many mistakes in my work and found some bad problems of myself. Carelessness, I think this should be the fatal problem of Japan's development. So after I found this problem, I have been trying to restrain myself, try to work slowly, think more, and think everything clearly before starting. Make sure that every time you finish the project, you feel that you have made progress in this area until you completely get rid of this bad habit! In fact, I haven't developed the habit of a correct development process when I first joined the work. I feel that I just entered the business, my hands are too tender, and there are many places to learn and improve. But lack of experience is not the only excuse for making mistakes. For newcomers, the most important thing to learn at work is experience. No program is written at birth, and no one can gain true knowledge after repeated attempts. So I must hone in my work, cherish every job, constantly improve in my work, and try my best to finish the work.

Through nearly four months of formal work, I have a lot of feelings and gains. It took so long to finally join the ranks of programmers. As a novice programmer, there are too many places to improve. In terms of technology, I think it is because of the lack of basic knowledge, the understanding of technology is not very comprehensive, and the application of known technology is not very flexible and appropriate, which has caused certain difficulties in the work. This aspect must be improved in my future work. In the past few months, I have also learned a lot of technical knowledge. I think if I work hard, I will get something. After three years' employment (20xx years), I entered the testing institute and became an inspector. This is my first job after graduating from college, and I cherish it very much. After half a year's study and work, I gradually integrated into this team, adapted to this position, and achieved the following gains.

I. Training

The laboratory has conducted a series of targeted trainings for new employees. These trainings have given me a new understanding of the nature and purpose of my work. If the parameters are adjusted reasonably, you can often get twice the result with half the effort. In the process of daily inspection, I encountered too many difficulties. After a period of accumulation and study, I gradually mastered the working methods and skills. I am grateful for the selfless help and guidance from the director and colleagues during the period.

Third, technology.

Standards and test methods are the basis and criterion of our inspection work. I also pay great attention to accumulating this knowledge in my daily work. For example, I often spend time studying the provisions of xx series, xx series and xx series on short-circuit test to understand the specific requirements of these standards. It is with these accumulations that I can basically judge the short-circuit test of electrical products according to the waveform of oscillogram.
