What are the customs and habits of Ukrainian residents?

Ukrainian ethnic residents are also simple and easy-going, talkative, polite and hospitable, and pay more attention to seniority and distance. But most people generally avoid black on Wednesday and Friday. I don't like the greetings and compliments on my physical condition when I see you. In life, I especially like flowers and give priority to women's habits. Ukrainians are used to hugging and kissing their cheeks when they meet. The custom of greeting Ukrainians is very distinctive. When meeting, I am used to hugging and kissing my cheeks, which is more particular. The elder kisses the younger generation on the forehead, and the more familiar person kisses the cheek three times, asking the younger generation to show respect in front of the elder. Ukrainians have a tradition of giving priority to women. When men and women shake hands, they have to wait for the woman to reach out first, and then the man gently shakes the woman's hand, not the other's. Of course, it's best not to ask the other woman's age. It is also necessary to pay attention to greeting. Only people who are very familiar with them can call them by their first names, otherwise they will be considered as hating each other and causing trouble. The rest of the appellations need to add the parents' names to show respect.

Ukrainians love flowers and tea, especially flowers. Whether they are visiting each other's homes, major festivals, birthdays or friends' parties, they all like to send flowers, but most of them are exotic flowers to show their love, which is different from our custom. We are used to being in pairs, but Ukrainians think odd numbers are auspicious, and even numbers are flowers sent only after the death of their relatives. Then they also like drinking tea. Because of the climate, they especially like to drink black tea with strong taste and color, rather than the elegant tea that our country is used to.
