What's the name of this thing please? Can anyone tell me if I've played it?

This is a ring machine, it is a small game machine.

There is water in the transparent box. There are some small colorful plastic circles scattered in the water. There are two red needle-like objects below the box. There are two red buttons side by side on the lower part of the game console. As long as you press it, the small plastic ring will rush up.
