How to treat teachers' procrastination?

I think most students don't like or even hate teachers who procrastinate. I have been teaching all my life, but I seldom procrastinate. Some people will say that teachers who procrastinate are too responsible. Needless to say, some teachers really think that they still have a lot of knowledge to explain to their students, so they delay the class. Teachers must not cram knowledge into students' minds, nag and drag their feet. But what is certain is that the effect of dragging the hall is not ideal. So I personally think that teachers should try not to procrastinate. Delaying class shows that there is something wrong with your classroom design in advance, indicating that your preparation work is not in place and your personal teaching level needs to be improved. What's more, whether it is the new curriculum reform or the speeches of many famous educators, they all advocate returning the classroom to students and advocating teachers to be more intensive. Some famous teachers even stipulate that the teaching time of a class should not exceed 10 minutes, which is even more incompatible with teachers' procrastination.
