Tashilhunpo monastery
Tashilhunpo Temple, which means "auspicious Xumi Mountain" in Tibetan, is the largest temple of Gelug Sect of Tibetan Buddhism in the post-Tibetan area and one of the six famous temples of China Yellow Sect. The temple was built in Zheng Tong in the 12th year of Ming Dynasty, and was rebuilt and expanded by the Panchen Lama, forming a magnificent complex. Zhalunbu Temple was founded by Dunzhuba I, a disciple of Zong Kaba, the founder of Gelug Sect, and was founded in the 12th year of Tongtong (1447). After the reconstruction and expansion of the Panchen Lama, the scale of the temple has been expanding. Today, it covers an area of about 200,000 square meters and the wall is about 2,000 meters long. Walking through the gate of the temple, the biggest building in front of you is the Cuoqin Hall. Outside the Cuoqin Hall is a courtyard surrounded by cloisters, which is the lecture hall of the temple. In the past, the Panchen Lama preached to monks in the whole temple, which was also the place where people defended their religion. In front of the main hall is the Great Sutra Hall, and in the middle is the throne of the Panchen Lama. Behind the hall are three Buddhist temples, with Sakyamuni in the middle, Maitreya in the west and Tara in the east. There is a gold-plated bronze statue of Sakyamuni more than 5 meters high in the hall of Sakyamuni. It is said that there are relics of Sakyamuni in the statue, as well as the hair of Zonggeba and the skull of Siro Sanger, the teacher of Gendun Zhuba.
Jokhang Temple.
Jokhang Temple, also known as Zulakan and Juekang, is located in the center of the old city of Lhasa. Founded in the 21st year of Zhenguan (647), it was built by Songzan Gambu, King of Tibet, to commemorate Bhrikuti Devi's entry into Tibet. After transformation and construction, it has formed a huge complex. Jokhang Temple occupies a supreme position in Tibetan Buddhism and is the most splendid building in Tibet. During the Tubo period, the earliest civil structure buildings in Tibet created the layout of Pingchuan temples in Tibet. After many times of reconstruction and expansion, it has formed a grand scale covering an area of 25 100 square meters. Jokhang Temple is a Tibetan Buddhist temple; 196 1 was announced by the State Council as the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units; From June 5438 to October 2000 10, UNESCO listed Jokhang Temple as an expansion project of Potala Palace in the World Heritage List and became a world cultural heritage. Legend has it that the Jokhang Temple site was originally a lake, and Songzan Gambo promised Bhrikuti Devi to build a Buddhist temple where the ring fell. Unexpectedly, the ring just fell into the lake, and the lake immediately spread all over the optical network, and a nine-level white tower appeared inside. Thus, a huge project to build a folk temple with 1000 white goats on their shoulders began.
Potala Palace is located on the red hill in the northwest of Lhasa, Xizang Autonomous Region. It was built in the middle of the 7th century, during the reign of Emperor Taizong of Li Shimin. The Potala Palace was built for the need of development. In order to consolidate his political power, Songtsan Gambu moved his ruling center from Zedang in the south of the mountain to Lhasa. In order to resist foreign aggression, he built the Hongshan Palace on the Hongshan Mountain in Lhasa. This is the earliest title of Potala Palace. The other is this palace built by Songzan Gambo to marry Princess Wencheng of the Tang Dynasty. There is also a saying that Princess Wencheng suggested the French king to build the Potala Palace after calculation. The Potala Palace, which was built after more than 200 years of wind and rain, was destroyed at the end of the ninth century with the demise of the Tubo dynasty. During this period, two accidents occurred. One was that Jinding was struck by lightning during Chisong Dêzain's period, and the other was that Zaplandama, the last Tubo, turned against Buddha. Only two houses were destroyed in Potala Palace. /kloc-After the reconstruction in the 0/7th century, the Potala Palace became the residence of the 0-0 Winter Palace in previous dynasties, and it was also the ruling center of the integration of politics and religion in Tibet.

From the shore of the lake to the mountains, the layers of forests are rich in color and quiet in the environment, which is a good opportunity for photographers to "murder" the film. Tashi Island in the middle of the lake is difficult to take pictures because of the dense forest on the lakeshore. You need to climb the mountain forest behind Basongcuo Resort to get a chance to photograph the beautiful scenery of the island in the middle of the lake like a gem embedded in a green lake. In addition to such scenes, Basong's general subjects are mostly small scenes, which need the photographer's unique eyes to discover. Songcuo, located in the high gorge and deep valley in the upper reaches of Bahe River, more than 50 kilometers away from Gongbujiangda County in Linzhi area, is a famous holy lake and a holy place for red religions (Tibetan Buddhism and Ma Ning).

Mount Everest, which means "Virgin Mary" in Tibetan, is the highest mountain in the world, with an altitude of 8848 meters. It is located on the border between China and Nepal in the middle of the Himalayas, just south of Dingri County in Shigatse, Tibet. The peak is covered with snow all year round, which is a holy scene. Mount Everest has four peaks over 8000 meters and 38 peaks over 7000 meters, which is called the third level of the earth. At the same time, Rongbu Temple is also the best place to watch Mount Everest, with a straight line distance of 25 kilometers. Mount Qomolangma is a typical fault block rising peak. There is a thrust fault zone between the basement of Precambrian metamorphic rock series and overlying sedimentary rock series, along which the early Paleozoic strata are napped on the Proterozoic strata from north to south. The upper part of the rock mass is early Ordovician or CAMBRIAN-Ordovician calcareous rock series (the peak value is gray crystalline limestone), and the lower part is CAMBRIAN argillaceous rock series (such as phyllite and schist). ), with granite and migmatite vein intrusion. The strata tend to be NNE with a gentle dip angle.

Nanga Bawa Peak is the highest mountain in Linzhi, with an altitude of 7782 meters, ranking 15 among the highest peaks in the world. The 14 mountain in front of us are all peaks above 8000 meters above sea level, so Nange Bawa is the highest peak among 7000 meters. Its huge triangular peak is covered with ice and snow all year round and never shows its true colors easily. There are many explanations for Nanbawa in Tibetan, one is "lightning burns like fire", the other is "spear pierces the sky", and the latter name comes from the Battle of Menling in King Gelsall. In this passage, Nanga Bawa Peak is described as "a spear piercing the sky". From these masculine names, we can probably figure out the fortitude of Nanga Bawa Peak. Indeed, due to the complicated geological structure and strong plate tectonic movement in the Yarlung Zangbo River Grand Canyon where Nanfeng is located, the mountain walls in Nanfeng area stand tall, and the earthquakes and avalanches continue, making it extremely difficult to climb, thus making Nanjiabawa the highest "Mount Everest" that human beings have not climbed for a long time. The western slope of Jiaba Mountain is a steep fault ridge and steep cliff, which extends to the bottom of the valley. In the northwest, a long ridge extends outward and is connected by a series of peaks with an altitude of more than 7000 meters. The peaks are serrated, like sharp blades, and the top is covered with thick ice and snow.

White clouds often surround the mountain peak, making it more and more mysterious. The distance around the mountain is 5 1 km and there are eight temples around it. Ali's four major rivers-Ma Quan River, Shiquan River, Xiangquan River and Peacock River-flow down from Gangrenboqi. At the same time, all sects believe that their gods are connected with this mountain. In Buddhism, it is composed of four treasures: gold, silver, and glass. Mount Sumi, surrounded by seven mountains, seven fragrant seas and twelve continents, symbolizes the center of the whole Buddhist universe. In Bonism in Tibet, it is the mountain where 360 gods live. When Zuxin descended from the sky around Miwo, he landed on the top of the mountain. In Hinduism, it is a paradise for Keira and Shiva. Many sects regard Gangrinpo Qi Feng as the center of the world, and many believers come to worship every year.
