Tucheng ancient town, located on the ancient salt road of Chishui River, is an important distribution center for "Sichuan salt entering Guizhou", where merchants once gathered.

Walking in the ancient town, rows of houses with shingles still preserve a series of commercial port buildings such as post stations, teahouses and boathouses.

Bing 'an Ancient Town, also an important town of ancient salt road, is located on the banks of Chishui River and the first crossing place of Sidu Chishui.

Datong ancient town was once an important pier on Chishui River.

Built in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the ancient town is an ancient wooden house. Ancient docks, temples and halls are still preserved in the ancient town.

In ancient times, medicinal materials and local products transported by land from the Sichuan-Guizhou border were transported to the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River through Chishui River. At that time, there was a sea of people and ships.
