What's the worst thing that has happened to you?

In retrospect, the worst thing I have ever experienced should be that I fainted in the subway because of a stomachache.

I woke up that morning feeling a little stomachache, but I decided to keep working for my attendance award.

I didn't have a good breakfast because of my upset stomach, so I chewed a few biscuits and went out.

I feel weak and sweaty when I take the subway. Fortunately, I gritted my teeth and persisted in the company.

Rubbing my stomach and drinking hot water at work all morning didn't make my stomach ache feel better, and I didn't give my lunch to my colleagues because I had no appetite. In the afternoon, because my stomach pain continued to worsen, I completely lost my strength and energy at work, so I had to stay at my desk until I got off work.

After walking all the way, I finally got on the subway, and there were no seats during rush hour. I have to stand by the subway door. My last thought before fainting was that I could get home safely before my last energy was exhausted, and then I felt as if I were asleep.

When I woke up, I felt someone shaking me hard. When I opened my eyes, I found myself sitting on the ground near the entrance of the subway car. A girl asked me with concern if I was sick. I answered that she had a stomachache just now, and now she feels much better, so I stood up. The girls nearby offered me their seats, and offered me their own snacks to eat, so that I could eat a few mouthfuls quickly for fear of my hypoglycemia.

I felt very lucky at that time. I didn't fall out of the car door after fainting, and I still got the concern of so many people. It is every dark cloud that has a silver lining. I am grateful to those strangers who care about me when I am most vulnerable.
