Three Hundred Mountains, there are mountains and water, which doesn't seem unusual, but it also has fire. Mountains, water, and fire come together, this is interesting!

The first is the name of the mountain. Three Hundred Mountains does not refer to one mountain, but at least 300 mountain tops clustered together like a crowd, with mountains stacked on top of each other. It stands at the junction of the three provinces of Jiangxi, Guangdong and Fujian. It belongs to the intersecting area of ??the northern slope of the eastern section of the Wuyi Mountains. It spans five towns and covers an area of ??197 square kilometers. Each mountain has its own name depending on its shape. The one that looks like a plowshare is called Plow Peak; the one with five scattered peaks is called Immortal Finger Peak; there is a natural boulder like a seat at an altitude of 460 meters, which is called the General's Chair. . The most surprising thing is the Double Breast Peak. The two towering peaks stand side by side, just like the plump breasts of a girl. On a rainy day, the spring water gurgling from the top of the peak looks like breast milk. The mountains are densely forested and the ancient trees are towering into the sky. Thanks to the grace of nature, 1,702 species of higher plants from 271 families grow naturally in the high mountains and dense forests, and more than 400 kinds of wild animals are active and carefree.

The water of Sanbai Mountain is famous far and wide. The clear streams, green lakes and waterfalls, Hantan hot springs, Yaochi Futang, and Jianhe deep streams are all strange and colorful. They always make people want to hold them in their hands, take a sip into their throats, and twist a towel to wipe their faces. .

From the western entrance of Sanbai Mountain, the first thing you can see is the beautiful Dongfeng Lake. This is an artificial reservoir, and the scenic area relies on it for irrigation and electricity. Boating among the green mountains and green waters, along the way there are ten miles of blue waves and ten miles of long gorges. The scenery is so picturesque that it is known as the "Little Three Gorges of the South". The Zhiyin Spring here is famous for its twin waterfalls. There is a waterfall on both sides of the huge harp-shaped stone screen. The north waterfall has three ridges and three curves, and the south waterfall cascades down with a drop of more than 100 meters. Washing the rocks at the waterfall, the tinkling-ding-dong-dong seems to be telling a sad and touching story of a young man and woman. Legend has it that a fairy who was good at playing the piano came down to earth to find a close friend. Every day when she played the piano, hundreds of birds danced and river fish jumped. A scholar surnamed Chen in Fuaotang loved to listen to the music, so he met a fairy and learned the piano from her. Soon he was able to play beautiful music. The fairy felt that the scholar was the soulmate she was looking for, so she asked Guanyin to be her matchmaker. However, the Jade Emperor was furious and categorically opposed. He sent heavenly soldiers and generals to snatch the Yao Qin from the fairy's hand and insert it between them. The Yao Qin turned into a stone Qin, and the two were separated for life and could not see each other for the rest of their lives. The fairy and the scholar turned into pure and quiet streams, gathered in the deep pool under the stone, and were united forever. The waterfall that rushes day and night makes a sound like a piano and a song, telling the sincere and eternal love.

There are more than 50 waterfalls in San Baishan, forming more than 20 streams. These streams eventually merge into the Dongjiang River, which is the source of drinking water for Hong Kong compatriots, so it is also known as the "source of the Dongjiang River" ”, and in 2000 was named as the “First Batch of National Mother River Protection Action” ecological education demonstration base. On the cliffs by the river are engraved the three characters "Source of the East River" inscribed by Ye Xuanping, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, each of which is about 10 square meters.
