Along the way, from Baoji to Lanzhou, and from Lanzhou to Xining, what amazed and shocked me the most was the changes in the scenery along the way. On the way from Lanzhou to Xining, the scenery along the way is truly spectacular. I passed by some mountains that had no grass at all and were bare. To be honest, I didn’t meet any interesting people in Lanzhou, but the people in Lanzhou are very friendly. Although they are in the northwest region, they do not lack the delicacy that should be expected.

At the youth hostel in Xining, there were five or six people from all over the world, of different ages, who were all very approachable. Several of them came out to play alone. Before I came, many people said that I was brave and powerful, but when I really stepped out, I found that there were so many braver people than me. There were very few people around me who went where I wanted to go alone, and it was also because I was considered a leader at home. Since I am young, I think I am very brave to go out alone. To be honest, you can only look at the outside world and listen to what others say, and you will find that you are really short-sighted.

We didn’t eat or drink much in four days, but my favorite and most unforgettable one was the naan! It's so delicious that it makes you tremble!

I felt like I didn’t eat much in four days, but I drank a lot. The sweet egg milk tea from Lanzhou Fangha Milk Tea House is delicious, and the iced version is even better.

The Wumulepeng Gray Beef Noodles with weeds are just average. I don’t feel anything after eating them. There are so many foreign tourists who come here to eat.

For the rest, I just ate it casually without pulling weeds, so it was pretty good. It would be impossible for me to not get used to it.

I wanted to add sugar to my yogurt, so I asked him if he had any sugar. He said it tasted delicious without sugar, and he already put the sugar bowl in front of me. He was a super enthusiastic person!

Occasionally, I would laugh and argue with the foreign tourists at other tables. He has a red face and wears a peaked cap. You look at him and he grins. I also like to laugh. When he smiles, I laugh too. When I was checking out, I smiled and handed him the money, and he took it with a smile, which was really cute.

The biggest purpose of going to Lanzhou is to see the Yellow River. Having lived in the northwest region for so long, I have never really seen what the Yellow River looks like. The trip to Lanzhou has fulfilled one of my great wishes.

Taking the bus in Lanzhou is the biggest headache for me, because Alipay cannot be used on the Lanzhou bus, so I use cash many times to exchange change for the bus. Some stations are miniaturized and hidden. Many times I couldn't find where the stop sign was. There are many stop signs in the same place, and I walked in the wrong direction several times. Also, if I found the right stop sign, I walked in the wrong direction, and then I had to go to a very far place to go to the overpass and then to the opposite side. An overpass can go back and forth. Walk two or three times.

The transportation in Xining is more user-friendly. You can pay with Alipay. The stops are clear and the stop sign opposite is visible at a glance.
