How to reduce carbon and sulfur in steelmaking

I have been making 10 floor steel for many years, and the questions they answered did not understand our actual situation. Iron pin is the main product with high carbon content (pig iron is absolutely not used), and iron sheet is the main product with high sulfur content. Because the environment for smelting strip steel can't reduce carbon and sulfur as those two said, it will increase the cost and reduce the output, so it must be controlled from the raw materials, mainly by reasonable collocation. Now water is used to reduce carbon, and iron sheets can only be used less to reduce sulfur.
