If you are very busy at work, should you look for a partner with a good wife or a good family?

I am sometimes very busy at work. I am the type who is busy and free at times. When looking for a partner, I focus on finding someone who is virtuous and can be more accepting of my work nature and fiery personality. As long as the family conditions are quite good, it's really not important. A good life is something you strive for, and family conditions are not very important.
