I carefully recalled that since I was a child, there were many particularly powerful people around me. Because there are many such roles, I actually dare not slack off during my long school career and short career. Because my partners are excellent, I don't work hard, but I seem out of place.

In the summer of 2020, I took a long flight and a longer bus with six companions to Gula Township, Chayu County, southeast Tibet. In the following relationship, I learned more and more deeply that they were the kind of people I recognized in my heart.

Our meeting was boring. I met Mr. Roger, Mr. Wang Ying, Mr. Fang Nan, Mr. Ye Jiaxing and Mr. Zhu Yiqi for the first time in the waiting room of Shenzhen Baoan International Airport. Arriving in Linzhi via Chengdu, Mr. Zhang Wenhua from Longhua District, Shenzhen, then deputy director of Chayu County Education Bureau, greeted us with a big smile at Milin Airport. In the next few months, these six teachers became my closest partners and "comrades-in-arms" in Tibetan areas.

Six teachers, plus me, seven special people, our hometown is also from all corners of the country. However, the same career and the same belief give us the opportunity to walk together in this short life. I think this fate is really wonderful.

Although we are fellow travelers, we don't spend much time together. After we arrived in Chayu County together in August, everyone rushed to their respective schools. Mr. Roger, Mr. Fang Nan and Mr. Wang Ying (when Mr. Wang first came, he went to Grain Rain Township, but later he had to transfer to the county seat because of his extreme discomfort). In Chayu County, Teacher Zhu Yiqi went to Chayu Town, and I and Teacher Ye Jiaxing were in the distant Gula Township and ChaHuarong Township. And our deputy director Zhang Wenhua, who works in the Education Bureau of Chayu County, often travels in three towns and villages to lead teachers to carry out teaching and research activities.

I'm really happy. I went to the countryside for the first time in August, and they promised to come and see me. For many days, I have been looking around the village. Fortunately, many things happen and everyone comes as scheduled. Sure enough, being a teacher is trustworthy! The teachers stayed in Gula for two days, and besides the regular teaching and research activities, they also gained Gula's enthusiasm. As a younger Gula, I also feel that I have gained a lot.

A threesome requires a teacher. During the trip to Tibet in 2020, in addition to the deep friendship with teachers and students in Gula Township, these six mentors and comrades-in-arms are my greatest gains. I've always wanted to write about my six partners, but I haven't been able to write. Because I cherish it, I am cautious. I am always afraid that I don't fully understand it and my writing is not true. However, I thought about it later, when can I start writing? Now, maybe the best time.

Teachers are excellent teachers. Undoubtedly, in addition to the professional codes in teaching, they also gave me real and full touch and inspiration in my life.

Teacher Roger

Teacher Roger, it's our big brother. The first time I saw him was in the elevator room of Baoan Airport. He pushed an oversized black suitcase, so he came over to everyone indifferently. Once we greeted each other, which was very graceful and impressive.

Teacher Luo is a biology teacher and a person who loves life. He likes drinking tea very much. During those days on the road, he would invite us young people for tea. During the two days of Gula's teaching and research, in their spare time, everyone went to Anba Village, not far away, and it was sunny all the way. Teacher Luo asked us to take pictures of him with great interest. In the evening, several of us took pictures of the stars with our equipment on our backs, and everyone was watching the stars on the ground. Two photographers, Fang Nan and I, are fiddling with the parameters of the equipment. To my surprise, Mr. Luo joined in and humbly asked me for shooting skills. Yes, Mr. Luo has always been passionate about life and has a philosophical attitude that I admire very much. Sometimes, I think Mr. Luo's psychological age is very young, because his mentality is really young!

Of course, Mr. Luo is still our elder and a good elder, giving young people a lot of life guidance. During the trip to Gula, Teacher Luo talked to me a lot-are there any difficulties at work? Have you adapted to life? Some of his practices in school, including detailed plans, are always shared with our younger generations and tell us how to operate them. In this team, Teacher Luo is like a parent.

I later learned that Mr. Luo was very uncomfortable all the way from Chayu County to Gula Township. Indeed, more than three hours of Panshan Highway, plus Zhela Mountain at an altitude of 4,700 meters, is really difficult for him. I remember when I was leaving Chayu County for Gula Township in August, Teacher Luo promised to come and see me, and I immediately replied, "I'll wait for you at the iron gate of the school. Don't forget the children in the village! " I think Mr. Luo has fulfilled his promise. I am very moved to be a teacher when I say what I do.

Miss Wang Ying.

Miss Wang Ying, I prefer to call her Sister Ying. Yingjie and I became very happy friends on WeChat before we met. Sister Ying is from Xuzhou, Jiangsu, my hometown. I seldom meet people from Jiangsu in Shenzhen, but I feel particularly cordial when I meet them occasionally. Yingjie is a teacher and a mother of two children. Being a mother is just right. This sentence suits her. The child is still young, and it is a great challenge for Yingjie to go to Tibet alone. At first, the desire for children kept her awake at night. Yingjie was originally assigned to Grain Rain Township, but in Grain Rain Township, where the altitude was higher, she suffered a serious rebellion, and later had to be transferred to a lower-altitude county to carry out teaching work.

Of course, no matter where she is, Sister Ying is a conscientious teacher. She teaches hard and cares about her students like a mother. When you become a mother, you will know how to treat your students better. This is what I saw in Yingjie, and it is true.

As a Chinese teacher, Sister Ying's teaching experience is much richer than mine. She gave me a lot of useful guidance in teaching. After coming to Gula, I warmly invited Sister Ying to my class. Of course, I am eager to learn from her. Yingjie showed me an ordinary class without reservation. Her class is flashy, but it makes people feel comfortable and I benefit a lot.

In life, Sister Ying is really like my elder sister. She often makes me be caring and attentive. When I went to the county seat, I stayed in her dormitory. Sister Ying is always afraid that I am hungry and cold, and always takes good care of me. With Sister Ying here, I think our comrades-in-arms after dinner are more like a warm home.

Teacher Fang nan

Teacher Fang Nan is an out-and-out literary youth. Reading and writing are his greatest pleasures. I am a pseudo-literary youth, and I really like to communicate with a real literary youth like him. We talk about literature and movies ... He is also very interested in my major-Chinese folk literature. When we have the opportunity, we will chat together and have a good chat.

In Mr Fang's own words, he is a happy scholar. And I envy such a scholar. Teacher Fang set up a happy reading booth in Shenzhen's school, regularly organized teachers to read a book, and then conducted in-depth discussions. I think Mr. Fang is a person whose career is reading. He is diligent and devout, which makes my younger generation admire him very much.

I asked Mr. Fang for a list of books, and I chose several books to read. Part of it was bought by myself and part of it was borrowed from teacher Fang. I find the borrowed books read faster. After each reading, I will communicate with teacher Fang. Of course, I will also generously recommend the good books I read to Teacher Fang. I think, thoughts need to collide. Even if we read very lightly, I'm afraid we can't reach the height of our thoughts, but even basic ideas need more communication before we can meet true knowledge.

Teacher Fang also has her own teaching experience. His classroom design is novel and unique, and there are many wonderful ideas. I will be very inspired after reading teacher Fang's class. I hope I can form my own teaching style like him after teaching for several years. I still need more practice. So for me, Mr Fang is a mentor and an motivator. It's an honor to meet such a mentor and friend.

Teacher ye Jiaxing

Teacher Ye Jiaxing went to Tea Hua Rong Township, which is far away. It is close to Gongshan County, Yunnan Province, and the local conditions are good. However, Tea Hua Rong Township is really too far from Chayu County, which is seven hours' drive away, and it often snows in winter. Teacher Ye and I were born in the same year, and it was quite interesting when we first met. I said, "I'm 28 years old." Teacher Ye said, "I am 27 years old." I said, "I was born on 1993." Teacher Ye said, "I was born on 1993." I said, "Then you lied about your age!" Everyone laughed. In a word, it's interesting and impressive.

Teacher Ye also loves tea, just like Teacher Luo. Therefore, they are good tea friends and know more about tea than I am a "kid" who joins in the fun. Teacher Ye also likes to eat meat. In our few dining experiences, we saw his preference. Therefore, everyone is very considerate to give him the meat. Once, he saw me sitting opposite and eating a big dish with relish. I looked so loveless. It's really interesting.

In fact, I haven't had many opportunities to meet Mr. Ye since we parted at tea in August, so I probably don't know much about him. But I am sure that although Mr. Ye seems to be a very casual person, he is not careless about teaching. We are far apart, but through the electronic screen and our usual communication, I can feel that he has never slacked off in ChaHuarong Township at the border of Yunnan and Tibet. Teacher Zhu Yiqi

Teacher Zhu Yiqi, like Dayaoyao, is also a teacher Zhu. And Yiqi is still 90 years old, only four years younger than me. Although young, Yiqi is especially good at taking care of people. She is an enthusiastic little girl. She is also very cheerful and can talk to everyone. She is a talkative little girl. Of course, Yiqi is a typical post-95 girl in life. She likes to drink milk tea and occasionally eat midnight snack. I said before: Teacher Luo is so young in thought! Compared with all of us, Yiqi is undoubtedly the youngest one in terms of age and mentality. As little sisters, we all cherish her.

We lived together all the time on the way here, and we had many opportunities to talk. Yiqi, like me, has only worked for a year and is a new teacher, so we will be very popular in some places. As a new teacher's confusion and pursuit, those puzzles and entanglements, she has, I will have. Therefore, we are also good listeners and communicators.

I think Yiqi is a natural teacher. In class, her enthusiasm and vitality are enough to ignite everyone; After class, she can always blend in with the children and win their love. I think, because she is the most child-like adult! So Yiqi is the children's teacher and has become their closest playmate.

In daily communication, I learned that Yiqi had been teaching in a remote place with his friends before. On her body, there is a shining color on young people after 90. I believe Yiqi will become a better educator in the near future. Looking forward to it!

Teacher Zhang Wenhua

Of course, there is our backbone-Deputy Director Zhang. Teacher Zhang Wenhua is a Tibetan aid cadre sent by Longhua District of Shenzhen to Chayu County of Linzhi City. He is currently the deputy director of the Education Bureau of Chayu County. Maybe it's because I studied at school for a long time and then went back to school after work, so in fact, in my heart, the teacher is the greatest; In addition, during more than a year in Chayu County, Zhang Bureau often moved to three townships and three towns, taking teachers for teaching and research and giving classes to students. Because of the above, I am very willing to call him "Teacher Zhang" affectionately, which also conveys my greatest respect for a person from the bottom of my heart.

In late August, 2020, on the day we arrived in Linzhi, Zhang Bureau arrived at Milin Airport from Chayu County to meet us. It takes a day's drive from Chayu County to Linzhi City. In order to bring a batch of teachers into Chayu and do a good job in Chayu's education, Zhang Bureau often goes back and forth between the two places. This is a sunny day. When we see his kind smile, we feel like a spring breeze. I felt a sense of expectation, or, more solemnly, a sense of mission, when Zhang Bureau put on my snow-white Hada.

Later, I gradually realized that he had paid a lot to get the teachers to come. In addition to sparing no effort to introduce teachers, Zhang Bureau also went to the front line of teaching as far as possible to personally guide teachers. Not to mention the county town and Shangchayu, which are relatively close to each other, are the remote Gula Township and the farther ChaHuarong Township. Zhang Bureau made many round trips, mainly to carry out teaching and research work.

On one occasion, Zhang Ju rode his motorcycle to Gula Township. He said to teacher Gula, "I want to feel your life, but it's not true." I'm really touched. Teacher Zhang is not just talking. He can do it! You may not imagine what it is like to ride a motorcycle from Chayu County to Gula Township. It was windy all the way, with cliffs on one side and countless boulders hanging on the cliffs on the other. The danger is self-evident. The reason why Zhang Bureau wants to take a trip like this is because many people in Gula Township travel by motorcycle in this way, which is their daily life. Zhang Ju lives among them, and I hope he can really feel the same way. Just like every time he comes to Gula Township, he never wants to go out for dinner. He always asks to have dinner with everyone in the school cafeteria, and he always reminds me not to add vegetables.

Zhang Ju is a doctor, so I also heard others affectionately call him Jaco. He is indeed a scholar. The book I borrowed from Mr. Fang Nan was about to return it after reading it. He may have "intercepted" it halfway. He would say, "Give it to me and I'll double it." Even though he is busy at work, he hopes to integrate his study into his life. I think it is because he has read a lot of books that he has become a very pure person.

Like Mr. Nan, he is also an older literary youth. He sings well and plays the guitar better. This Mid-Autumn Festival, I can't go home. Several teachers have a party in the Tibet-aid apartment in the county. After dinner, we chatted in the atrium. Zhang Ju took out his guitar and sang while playing. Several of us were lucky enough to witness his style.

In just four months, Teacher Zhang set an example. For students, he is a rare good teacher; In my opinion, he is a respectable and good elder. I am very grateful to Teacher Zhang for giving me the opportunity to know Gula and this wonderful journey. I think, Teacher Wenhua and Gula Primary School are good fates that I can meet in my life. I cherish and encourage myself.

In fact, I have thought about it many times-why are there always so many excellent people around me? I think, of course, they did not come to me for no reason. One of the most likely reasons is that I took the initiative to find them. Although I don't seem to have the ambition to be the first in everything, I have always attached great importance to the soil under my feet. In this way, every time I see others, I will take another look at myself and keep thinking about what I should do before I can talk to the people around me and the world. This is not an easy thing.
