How to keep the balance between work and life when working from home?

If family members take the time to think about current priorities and choose ahead of time, the correct balance and time allocation will become clearer.

For many people who start to work from home, the biggest worry is that there is too much interference and nothing can be done. In fact, after listening to employees' feedback, reading articles about WFH and even personal experience, the challenge is often how to stop working.

Because there is no need to commute to the office, there is no clear boundary at the beginning of the day. Similarly, we don't need to pack up and go home for dinner, so the day has no end.

As a result, from the time we get up and go to bed, we can't live without computers. The reality is that we must find the right work/life balance when working from home.

Stand up and stretch. Don't stay up for more than an hour, stretch your legs for a few minutes.

Virtual communication with colleagues. Use Zoom (or other video conferencing applications) to create virtual meetings or even virtual work breaks.

Have a short meeting with your team-occasionally bring them together by video conference to discuss their day's work.

Drinking/coffee break-regularly arrange a 15 minute break, and let colleagues get together to chat through virtual video. It doesn't have to be work-related

Exercise-If you have fitness equipment at home (or not), play some music and download a free 7-minute exercise to challenge each other and get blood circulating.

Happy Hours-Many companies now offer virtual happy hours of the day through video conferencing. How it works!
