It is only stipulated that public parking lots can be handed over to units or individuals for operation, while road parking spaces should be temporary parking spaces, and the charges are not supported by laws and regulations.

Let's talk about the rationality of this so-called intelligent parking system. Handan Parking and Handan Love Parking are responsible for the north and south of Handan respectively. Can you think that the public space in Handan has been divided up by these two companies for profit? What are the backgrounds of these two companies? Do public enterprises allow private enterprises to contract for profits?

It turns out that many free parking spaces are charged, but what can they bring? On the one hand, I dare not stop, on the other hand, I can't afford to stop, but the parking problem has not been solved, and the money in the owner's pocket is really less.

Parking spaces on the road are public resources, and even if they are charged, they should be made public. How much money is collected every year, and where is it used? Is it used in the right place? Instead of becoming a cash cow for an interest group.
