It is reported that the opening project of Zhengyi Road is one of the key projects of road widening and reconstruction in Harbin this year. When the project passes under the intersection of Zhengyi Road and the Fourth Ring Road, it meets two water pipes in Mopanshan vertically, and these two water pipes need to be moved. Harbin Municipal Construction Co., Ltd. is responsible for the relocation project. In the whole construction process, it is necessary to bypass a water pipeline with a diameter of 1.6m along Zhengyi Road, and then lie down under the subgrade and cross Zhengyi Road, and another pipeline with a diameter of 1.4m needs to lie down and cross Zhengyi Road. Due to the complexity of the whole relocation process, in order to ensure safe water supply, the whole relocation process has to be completed after four water cuts.

According to the needs of the project, the water supply was stopped for the first time on the afternoon of August 6th 10, and the pipeline with the diameter of 1.4m was connected. The water supply was resumed on the morning of August 6th 10, which lasted for 36 hours. On the afternoon of August 23rd, the water supply was stopped for the second time at 10, and the new and old pipelines at both ends of the pipeline with the diameter of 1.6m were connected. On the morning of August 25th, water supply was resumed on 10, which lasted for 36 hours. During this period, the water supply pressure in Xiangfang District (including the power zone), nangang district, Daowai District (including the original Taiping District) and Haxi District decreased, and water supply was cut off in some areas. The construction of the other two waterstops will be carried out after the completion of the construction of the new culvert on the Fourth Ring Road, and the specific time will be notified separately.

It is understood that there are currently 7 water supply trunk lines in Harbin. During the construction of two water supply pipelines, the relevant departments will increase the water supply of the remaining five pipelines, increase the pump pressure and work around the clock to ensure the completion within the specified time.

Reporter: Why did the water stop for four times in this pipeline migration?

Zhang: The proposed Fourth Ring Road intersects with the main water supply pipes DN 1400 mm and DN 1600 mm, and the main water supply pipe supplies water to Mopanshan Water Purification Plant, a bungalow in the urban area. The elevation of the Fourth Ring Road is lower than that of the water supply pipeline, and it is buried 2 meters underground. The water supply pipeline needs to enter a new culvert and pass through the Fourth Ring Road. The culvert is 5 meters deep. Because the Fourth Ring Road Project and Zhengyi Road Project are not synchronized, they cannot be constructed at the same time. In order to minimize the impact of construction on urban water supply, the Group has organized relevant experts to demonstrate the construction scheme for many times, and finally decided to carry out pipeline construction one by one in four times, and it is necessary to stop water supply for four times. In order to ensure the safety of water supply and pipelines, the two pipelines were constructed in time. At 22: 00 on June 6, 65438, the DN 1400 mm pipeline was first started.

Reporter: Which areas will water supply be affected by water cut?

Zhang: This water cut has an impact on the domestic water supply in Xiangfang District, mainly in Dongli District, Haxi District, nangang district District and Daowai District, mainly in Laotaiping District, especially in the low-lying areas or Gaogang areas in the above areas. Daoli District and bungalow area are not affected.

Reporter: What measures does the water supply and drainage group take to ensure water supply?

Zhang: There are seven pipelines from Mopan Mountain to downtown. The DN 1400 mm and DN 1600 mm water supply pipelines constructed in this relocation are two backbone water supply pipelines, which will affect the daily water supply of 200,000 cubic meters. The other five water supply pipelines are two DN 1400 mm pipelines, two DN 1000 mm pipelines and 1 DN900 mm pipelines respectively. In order to ensure public water use, the Group will supply water under pressure to these five pipelines, so as to alleviate the problem of lack of water or water in some water-cut areas. At present, the daily water supply in our city is about 720,000 cubic meters.
