Feeling in teaching, growing in feeling.

2020 is the closing year of poverty alleviation, the sprint year of poverty alleviation, and the year of continuous struggle for the majority of young people. In order to encourage college students to go to various grassroots communities, combined with "new citizens?" The "Dream Bridge" twinning practice activities have been effectively carried out, such as ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation, and providing help and care for rural children around academic counseling, day care, safety self-care, psychological counseling, and cultural and sports activities. , focusing on the left-behind children to carry out holiday counseling, epidemic prevention and health knowledge popularization, war epidemic story preaching, humanities and art education and other teaching activities. This time, we went to the countryside to teach the children who moved to the happy community in Jianhe County, Guizhou Province. Not only teach them textbook knowledge, but more importantly, broaden their horizons, encourage them to go to college, let them carefully observe all the changes around them, care about the policies of the national government, let them realize that they live in a beautiful era, seize the opportunity to learn, and make contributions to the development of the motherland in the future.

From August 22 to August 28, the seven-day teaching life has come to an end, and the immature smiling faces of children in Jianhe happy community are still clearly engraved in my mind. Although seven days have passed, recalling the days when I got along with the children, besides the teacher-student relationship during class hours, the relationship between the eldest sister and the eldest brother in the class is more important, and the feelings with the students are accumulating day by day. Next, let me lead you to appreciate my different teaching style!

On the morning of August 22nd, in order to publicize the knowledge of disease prevention and basic knowledge of diseases to local community residents, the volunteers of the summer social practice group of "Go Forward with Heart, Build Dreams and Teach" in our hospital were divided into six groups, and went to the floors of the happy community to publicize tuberculosis and AIDS respectively. At the same time, we also enrolled students for this activity, and asked those residents if there were any children attending primary school at home and whether they would like to participate in this voluntary teaching activity.

During the seven days of teaching, many things happened, but these things impressed me deeply.

The first thing is that I arranged courses for small classes, middle classes and large classes at that time, and the subjects of the courses were all different. It's the first time I've attended so many classes, and the subjects span a lot. I'm really nervous. Moreover, our living conditions are different from those at home. We made a floor in the house, slept on our own yoga mat night after night, lined up to take a bath until the early hours of the morning every day, and sometimes went to other places to find a toilet in order to go to the toilet. I thought the conditions of teaching would be very difficult, but I didn't expect it to be so difficult. I complained to my companions and parents at first, but fortunately they always encouraged me with the simplest words and kept silent.

The second thing is that it is not easy for teachers to write lesson plans. At the beginning, writing lesson plans and simply writing down the important and difficult knowledge in the classroom have little influence on the classroom. I still remember clearly that my first class was the music class in the middle class. At that time, because of the limited classroom infrastructure, there was not even a blackboard to write on. I copied the lyrics of the songs I want to teach students on paper in advance and distributed them to each student. During class, the students all calmed down. "Good morning, classmates. In this music class today, I will lead you to learn a song. " I said with a smile, and then began to introduce myself briefly. At that time, there were also many volunteer teachers attending classes. When they first boarded the platform, they were excited, happy and a little nervous. Facing so many lovely faces and eager eyes in the class, I deeply feel how important the responsibility as a teacher is. When I was teaching students to sing, unfortunately, the students could already sing the songs I taught. At this time, my shaking legs are even more untenable. At that moment, my heart was pounding and I didn't know how to proceed with the next course. So I immediately adjusted my state, led my classmates to do some small games about interesting classes, and actively encouraged the students who could sing this song to go to the podium to show themselves. At the same time, I am also playing idioms solitaire's classroom games. The students were very active and cooperative, and their performance was beyond my expectation. This is the first class. As a new teacher, I was really nervous, and there was an episode in the class because of insufficient preparation. However, this is also an experience of teaching in my life. From here, I can also get some teaching insights: we must deal with random classroom episodes in time and make full preparations before class. Later, with the development of teaching, I have a deeper understanding of the profession of teachers. Prepare lessons before class every day, deeply understand the knowledge points of this class, design all links of each class, how to introduce, how to explore, what conclusions to draw, and how to use them in the end. Only in this way can we understand the meaning of "one minute on stage and ten years off stage" and understand why teachers always feel how knowledgeable they are when they are young. I realize that the work is more difficult than I thought, and this is just the beginning, the beginning of fulfilling my sacred duty. In order to live up to the trust of students and parents, I try my best to prepare lessons in the simplest words, explain knowledge points and supplement basic knowledge. Only then did I realize the true meaning of "to give someone a glass of water, you have to have a bucket of water". In class, I try my best to enliven the atmosphere, arouse students' enthusiasm, prevent any student from falling behind, and try my best to handle the relationship between students of different degrees. After the first class, my voice was hoarse. Although my throat hurts a little, I still insist on doing well in every class.

In these seven days, besides our daily teaching activities, we have also carried out a series of extracurricular activities, such as giving a speech with the theme of "gratitude". Thanks to every parent, we should repay their selfless dedication with love and comfort their pain with our hearts. Thank each teacher for answering their infinite teachings with our information and exchanging our achievements for their gratified smiles; Being grateful to the people we care about makes people warmer. Learn to be grateful, and God will arrange more happiness to accompany us! In fact, the moment that touched my heart more was a passage written by a student in the middle class, which read: "I will buy delicious food for my mother every day, and I will not let her suffer." When my mother grows up, I will accompany you every day and won't let you be lonely! " Speaking of which, I can already hear the child sobbing! Children's brushwork is simple and sincere, and often such words can touch the heart more! With a grateful heart, we can better have the ability to love ourselves and others.

In this "Three Rural Areas" activity, 14 volunteers of our team came from different places. Because of going to the countryside, we became attached, and every team member could take care of each other. When I encounter setbacks, I am always encouraged to overcome them. Stick to it and you will see the dawn of victory beckoning to us. Full days always pass quickly. Although the trip to the countryside lasted only seven days, during these seven days, 14 volunteers slept on the floor of the house, twisted into a rope, prepared lessons together, worked together, ate together, advanced and retreated together, and suffered together. At the same time, they have benefited a lot and gained many valuable fruits, such as harmony.

This summer vacation, I was lucky enough to join the ranks of the countryside. As a student, I don't have sufficient knowledge and morality, teaching methods and teaching experience. Usually I only see the teacher on the podium, but through this teaching, I know what a teacher should look like. "One minute on stage, ten years off stage." This sentence is not as simple as saying. In fact, before I set off, I fantasized about teaching countless times in my mind. I'm thinking about how I can get along with the volunteers I go with, what kind of feelings I want to build with the children there, and how I can prepare lessons in order to have a good class. Many questions reappear in my mind, and these questions are slowly answered in my heart. I had a good time with them. Although I am still a freshman, when I joined the teaching, I deeply understood my role as a teacher. Every day I teach, I am strict with myself and try my best to show my best to the children. After class, I prepare lessons carefully. In class, I try my best to teach children knowledge, give them good guidance and let them learn more. There are joys and sorrows in teaching life, but in teaching life, I feel that I have grown up and I can overcome difficult conditions with perseverance. I learned how to be an adult and how to get rid of my naivety. Without this teaching life and this personal experience, I might always feel like a child. I learned how to get along with others, be kind to others and make myself happier in communication. I learned to take responsibility and let myself think more about my behavior. I also learned to face the real social life and make myself more honed. In addition, to change things, change yourself first! To make things better, let yourself be better first, which I learned in this trip to the countryside. We believe that in this "three rural areas" activity, life may only be once. Each of us cherishes these short seven days. This let me learn something I can't, exercise me and mature me. It gave me memories of my life and left a beautiful and most precious memory.
