1. This requires you to be familiar with this factory. You need to know what processing machines they have and what accuracy they can generally achieve. For example, the precision of 0.0 1 to 0.05 can be basically guaranteed by letting the machining center do finishing.

2. For the important assembly or working position of the workpiece, you'd better make a simple picture or PPT description, which is much easier than making a CAD drawing. As for the surface roughness, we can generally see whether the processing equipment can do it. If the requirements are high, cut a sketch to show it.

The most important thing is the tacit understanding and communication between the two sides. When you do it for the first time, it is absolutely impossible to just send PROE. You have to communicate with them and explain that there are other standards to follow. For example, you can know whether your holes are screw holes through skilled machining, because these holes have standard bottom hole sizes.
